Most recent visit was terrible conditions in the building. No AC, floor is damp and VERY SLIPPERY from condensation. Damned near went down more than once.

A solid 4 for freshness of food, well stocked bar. Service is OK for a staff that largely does not speak English. Restaurant has an older look about it, especially from outside, however is very clean and well kept. Not sure I will be going back again, at least for awhile.

It was the same average food from the same food suppliers (U.S. Foods or Sysco). Most of it standard preparation and cooking. The potatoes were soft and tasty. Salmon was a bit overcooked (probably due to being on the buffet too long). Lo Mein noodles weren't replenished with an hour left to be open.
