Lady taking order at drive through was rude kept stopping me while I was ordering it took thirteen mins to get my order and food was cold bc they were all standing around laughing and cutting up not worried about customers when I was handed my food they didn't say anything service is one thing but cold food handed out to customers is health hazard i will not be going back

The food was bland, no flavor at all. Even their new smash burger is would've thought had at least a lil flavor but it didn't and I replaced my plain fries in the combo with chili cheese fries with shredded cheese not the liquid kind and those were the worst tasting chili cheese fries I've ever eat in my life. The chili didn't even taste like chili and they claimed to have used shredded cheese instead of melted but it tasted like some cheap velveeta cheese. The order was made sloppy, my dad's fries were cold, the burgers were dry too and my babies condom was cooked too long making it hard and chewy. The only reason they got 2 stars is the staff who took my order did appear to be trying it wasnt their fault the ones in back didn't prepare it correctly. I do like Sonic's food just apparently not this location without some improvement. The only thing that was pretty good were the drinks. I plan to call them to let them know about my experience and find out how they plan to compensate for the issues.

I waited for 10 minutes after being asked to pull to the side. I never received my food.
The app needs some serious glitch fixes. I almost always have issues ordering prior at this location.

Literally just left there and the girl that took my order has nasty attitude and I got up to the window she was very disrespectful. They had full blown fussing with other employees. That right is uncalled for and it ain’t professional behavior. They girl name is niquariey or whatever her name is she need to be fired or suspended something

Dr Pepper tasted terrible, and smelled bad. Messed up on the Chessy Bacon SuperSONIC stacks by only giving one patty and didn’t take off anything we asked to be taken off. And it wasn’t toasted. One slice of bacon each… Forgot to give us our fries, but we noticed that before we pulled off.

Very long wait for the food. Asked for no cheese on the burgers and got cheese. Asked for ranch and marinara and received none (though I was assured it was in the bag). No problem with the staff. They seemed friendly. The fries were chewy and not appealing. The cheese sticks were slightly undercooked, and the cheese had no pull when biting into it. Disappointing. It's not worth the price as the food is mediocre. Paid $45 for two adults and two children to eat (3 meals and 1 side: way too expensive for fast-food quality).
