RUDE! No greeting when we walked through the door and the girl behind the counter was just rude.
I tried to grab some subway this morning, 9:20 a.m. and doors are locked, 3 or so employees standing in there at the counter. I tried twice thinking maybe they just forgot to unlock the doors, stood there a few minutes, nobody came to unlock it. Called the number on the door twice, no answer. Called the store itself, no answer. Garbage. Absolute garbage.
The girl behind the counter didn't want to give me the vegetables I wanted. She said the truck hadn't ran yet she couldn't give me so much. Most of the fountain drinks were out of order. There was no sweet tea. And a bad attitude
I ordered online and it said the food would be done in about 30 minutes. Okay cool. Waited and went in the store after the 30 minutes asked them about it and they said they would start it. I go outside and go back in 20 minutes later and they still hadn't started it. So they started it then. Cashier gave me attitude when I asked if it always takes that long when you order online and if doing so is just a waste if time and he just gave me a look like I was stupid. Shouldn't have to wait an hour for 2 subs.
The cashier was rude and could not sell me 10 cookies even though I told her that I had money to pay for them. She told me that she can only sell me 6 cookies and no more. I TOLD THE CASHIER I GUESS MY MONEY ISNT GOOD ENOUGH TO PURCHASE ANY MORE THAN 6 COOKIES AND I ALSO TOLD HER THAT I HAD MONEY TO PURCHASE THE FOOD. THE COOPERATE NEEDS TO COME IN AND STRAIGHT UP SOMEONES ATTITUDE AT THE SUBWAY IN SWAINSBORO GA, BECAUSE I FEEL LIKE I WAS DISCRIMINATED IN THIS SITUATION. I spent 34 dollars in this restaurant today. I myself will not go back into this place until there are more service and the situation is solved. Every time i come here it seems like everyone has an attitude no matter how kind and courteous i am to them. Today, i asked to get crunch put on my sub and they sprinkled 8 flakes on it. When i asked, “can i get more” they told me it’d be an upcharge because they already added “some”. When i heard that, i stopped for a second to count the flakes they put on so i could put an accurate number in my review. 8 crunchies!!! By FAR my least favorite subway in all of the USA
Update: the cookies were stale, the tomatoes tasted rotten, and i didn’t even notice the crunch in the sandwich. If i get 8 crunchies again, please just double it and give it to the next person

Nasty attitudes, can't afford napkins, and no fountain drinks. I'm not sure this location can afford much of anything. Not having napkins makes me question how sanitary this location is.

Fast food places need to be held accountable since the dramatic hike in prices. The product MUST meet a 5 star rating every time. I paid 30.00 for two foot long subs and two drinks. On the steak and cheese, I noticed the drastic reduction in the meat. If you are going to price the item so high, then give what the customer pays for. The flatbread was STALE and the meat tasteless. There is no reason for the bread to be stale. If the prices are so high, then the bread MUST be perfectly fresh. The employees were obviously not in the mood to work, making the atmosphere unpleasant. I purchased the food on 6/18/2024 at 11:00 in the morning.

Both employees just stared at me when I walked in. One of them was cleaning the dining area and stopped to go behind the counter but failed to wash her hands before grabbing gloves to make sandwiches. Both employees have miserable attitudes and I’m pretty sure I got food poisoning. I’ll never return to this location unfortunately.

It's gross, really needs an overhaul. Seems like it may be family owned and operated tho so I don't see any hope for this restaurant
OMG the getting music was playing so loud it was hard to order. I told them that. They enamored me. We had to eat in the car, because it was so loud. We call the owner that said it was 3rd in the region (ha), no way.So we went next door to buy shoes. When we came back. The black girls, whom identified themselves as managers. Said we should have addressed them. They became highly agitated and wanted to fight to old ladies.Nice going subway. We know alot of people here

Subway used to be go to place for lunch, not anymore. Staff is friendly however that is the only nice thing you can say.Ordered a Philly cheese steak and it was awful. The steak is like rubber and it does not manner how many times you chew it, it still has that rubber quality. Sandwich was sloppy which is sad because I only added sweet onion onto the mayonnaise. Even though the bread was toasted it still was not crunchy.The chips were stall and after two bags I said forget it and got a refund. As for the fountain drink you can barely get a quarter cup of ice. All the sodas are flat, the tea taste sour, and the lemonade taste like it has been sitting out for a week.Trust me save your money and go to Wal Mart and buy a $5 sandwich off of the shelf and bottle drink. Not only will you come out cheaper you will get a better sandwich and drink.

The food here has mostly been good, but the service has always been bad. Whoever the owner is, they must not value customer service
