I never had a bad experience when I went inside to order. However, the only two times I got delivery the orders were incorrect. The latest I ordered double chocolate cookies and got something like cranberry and maybe macadamia nut. Everybody who has ordered delivery at our care facility has had the orders wrong, even paying for extra meat and getting a tiny sprig of meat. Always polite and friendly. Always clean, including the bathroom. Staff is very patient, even with customers who can't make up their minds as to what they want. They don't get upset if you show up an hour before closing. They are a great crew compared to the Subway at Walmart.
