It served it's purpose.. we left a order and they ran out waved us down and made sure we didn't leave it behind..

Had a big order.... Didn't get all the food when time to pick up... Had to go back inside to get it.... The female working the front counter was polite & got right on getting what was missing but the guy from the back slung the bag with the missing food at me & when I opened the bag all the food was mixed together. Still didn't get any sauce even tho they asked when I ordered & once I got to the window.

For this particular time (8-10-2024, 7:30pm) was a great experience. Big man cashier/manager was very friendly and staff was well behaved, unlike the other fast food places in Swainsboro.

Order taker at dine-in window rang up my bill wrong. He said he couldn't see, as he squinted and held his head up close to the screen, yet had eyeglasses hanging from his uniform top. Food did not taste as good as it usually does. Ladies room was very clean

i got the soft shell taco supreme combo which just means soft shell tacos with sour cream. 1 of the 3 tacos i couldn't find any sour cream, and the other 2 i had to kind of fill in the blanks in my head as to where it is, but the portioning was laughable. really, the quality of the meat and the food was barely edible, might even have prison food better than this. the service was ok for fast food these days, so that's why it's 2 stars instead of 1. most fast food service involves people hating their jobs, and making it their business that you also know they hate their job.
