This restaurant needs a whole new set of managers especially at night you see them just giving their friends food, talking nasty, and The majority of the time their outside smoking could care less if you they take your order and they never give you a receipts if you order a drive-thru

Don’t go through the drive-through during breakfast. If your card doesn’t work immediately because the worker forgot to press the card payment button, they’ll lick your card to try and fix it instead.

I went to Wendy’s in my lunch break to get some food and I was so nice to them ever time I go and the are so rude and I was telling the lady to have a Great day and she just walk away and was talk to me with her back turn as she walk off and the other person just closed the window in my face like I was not even talking the have very bad customer service at that location so I will be going to the one Cross town

Went today about 3:00 Order two jr deluxe and double stack pull off get down to huddle house and see there’s just two burgers wasn’t given a receipt so I turn around pull up to the window to see if I was rang up for three which I was so I tell her I’m missing one pull around hand the lady the bag she looks with an attitude they make it another lady brings it to me and I open the deluxe to see no lettuce or tomato so I ask the lady from the kitchen a deluxe comes with tomatoes and lettuce right she says yes and that she’ll make me another I tell her it’s fine just give me some on the side and whatever lady that was originally in the window inside the store talking shit the whole time…..they should’ve said that, I’m sorry I didn’t know I had to remind you that a deluxe comes with tomatoes and lettuce. You shouldn’t work customer service if your going to have a stank ass attitude especially when my shit was made wrong and food left out.
We were standing there for like a good 7 minutes for them just to tell us “oh our front desk is on break”

Went through the drive through and got a baconator with no ketchup. It had ketchup so I took it In and had them remake it. The remake had ketchup, how do you screw up the simplest instructions twice? Not to mention the drink and fry size was wrong.
