Why do so many cooks not care about the quality of the meal they serve…just serving meals hot should not be difficult.

Saturday 2-24-24 730 pm drive thru people were not listening so I went inside to order. No chili was available. I ordered 2 5 dollar biggie bags 2 bacon burgers was rudely told I didn’t know what I was ordering smh so another lady came over opened register other was closed I had to start again. Acted like a know it all being very smart talking (not a way to treat customers.)got there biggie bags order 2 baconaters 2frosties and 1 med fry. Waited 16 minutes. All all this food was packed into one bag size of biggie bag smh and told I’ll need this as she slid 2 bbq sauces at me across the counter? Really? Never again will I be made to feel that way waste of 40 dollars food smashed why bother?

Kimberly greeted us as soon as we walked in. Everyone was very friendly, the dining room was clean, the counter spaces, bathrooms, all of it. Cleanest restaurant we've been in in a long time. Manager should be proud of their staff.

Wendy's restaurant isn't a clean environment as others think it is kinda dirty I came across two workers there bragging about how they leave food out and have roaches crawl on/around everything minus the food is greasy and hurts my stomach after a bite and the manger doesn't hand out receipts so when I tried to tell them my order was wrong but they wouldn't give me my receipt or right order they added extra food to my order and took my money Wendy's isn't as immaculate and they take there time instead of being expeditiously I will not be treated as a naive person I know my rights and I will not be swifted out of my money.

Literally got caught stealing this morning.... refused to give out receipt. Told them i wasnt leaving till i got a time stamped receipt. The total was 15.00 even. It had my 2 biscuits that i ordered but also 3 frostys that was never ordered or even prepared to hand to me at window . When i asked about the frostys on the receipt and why wasnt they made. They said it was a misprint

Don’t have a grilled chicken sandwich? The floor is as so dirty and greasy it was scary to walk on. Drink machine doesn’t work properly, one ketchup dispenser was broken, napkin holder broken and no condiments out, not even salt and pepper. Wow…..

We usually have a good experience here but this time was awful. Two of the three burgers were waaay overcooked and had been sitting in a bath of ketchup. They were cold and just awful. The chicken sandwich wasn't much better but I didn't have to eat that one. We will not be going here for a while. Hopefully things will get better at this location. Food choices are limited here.

AVOID ordering from this establishment. Bought 4 chicken sandwiches in total. Received the first 2 but were missing the rest. Went back and the doors were locked had to walk up to the window. Received 2 burgers instead. Waited in all almost 15 minutes for “4 sandwiches” Not to mention one of my chicken sandwiches were undercooked and might get some sort of food poisoning for the 3rd time due to a Wendy’s. Last time I ever eat at a Wendy’s thanks for listening to my TED talk!
It's a pretty good place to eat. The people there E are very patient and make sure you get everything you ordered and get it quickly. It's also kept pretty clean and the atmosphere is good.Kid-friendliness: Atmosphere is great and the music they play is all clean!

Why is a restaurant known for their baked potatoes ALWAYS out of baked potatoes??? Does Wendy’s home office know Wendys Swainsboro never has baked potatoes?

I’ve always picked up my mobile orders at the window or pulled forward for them to bring it out to me. Rude black guy yells from the window for me to park and come inside to pick it up. He had it all ready to go when I came in. Just shows that employee was rude and controlling on purpose. No eye contact, no here ya go, or have a nice day from him at all.
