Zaxbys Chicken Fingers & Buffalo Wings

I have been sitting at the drive thru for over 20 minutes. I finally ordered and we are just at a stand still. I mean, this is ridiculous! Don't you people have lanes to pull people over so you can keep your line moving? Still waiting!

This is sad.... Got a six-piece chicken tenders, but it might as well have been a two-piece because the size of the tenders was so SMALL. Just look at that sad little piece of chicken in that picture. This is not the first time this has happened. This place is already overpriced. I did not know shrinkflation was getting this bad. Ridiculous. Manager trying to get food cost? Cutting tenders in half to cut cost? Sad.

That sensational salad is absolutely trash. Too sweet. If I wanted dessert, I would had asked for dessert.

Don't even know if the food is good because I went in and stood for 5 minutes and was ignored by every employee. Pants hanging down by their knees, hats on sideways, where is the pride? Customer service used to be important.

BEWARE!!!!!! This happened at 12:20 pm on SATURDAY APRIL 27th 2024;Y'all I saw with my own eyes an employee go to the bathroom in the stall next to me and then walk straight out of the women’s bathroom without washing her hands. She hurried from her stall to the door because she thought I wasn’t going to come out of my stall in time to see her not wash her hands! She was a white woman about 5 foot 10 inches, with blonde hair pulled back into a bun through her black zaxbys hat. After I washed my hands, I went out to look and see where she was in case she could’ve just been a customer but Lo and behold the same woman is behind the food counter! She looked to be in her late 30’s and had heavily drawn on mauve pink lipstick. Im positive of what I saw!! We were in line and I told my mom let’s get out of here! We went to stockyard instead which was way nicer!!!! Zaxbys roll back the cameras!!! I was in black leggings and a light grey tank top with long light brown hair. This happened at 12:20 pm on SATURDAY APRIL 27th 2024

The fried shrimp was highly overrated. I would definitely not recommend ordering shrimp from a chicken joint. Don't expect your food to be taken out to your vehicle for curbside pick up. It'll be inside sitting on the counter. FYI.

Food is good. I haven’t had a wrong order yet. Can get really busy sometimes with a line wrapped around the building, but I suppose that just shows how good the place is. People are willing to wait for it. Personally I like this place, but not that much. I order here during the slower times of the day.

Extremely friendly and accommodating staff, specifically a young lady with glasses, didn’t catch her name. She took our order, was so sweet and helpful, I also saw her cleaning up the drink station area. The restaurant was clean, food was fantastic, and service was truly how you’d want it to be any time you go anywhere. Highly recommend!
