To go order. Crew was friendly. Order took a long time. People were sitting and standing everywhere. My milkshake melted while I was standing, waiting on my food. And my coworker still had to order her food.

The food was great and was made promptly, but for some reason the floor is always really slippery, probably from grease. I got the Big Zax Snak with sweet tea, and I can highly recommend it as I’ve been getting this meal for years.

waited 30 minutes for a curbside order, they did not even begin making it until i went inside and waited 10 minutes, absolutely ridiculous, watched another customer refund his food from the wait.

They cleaned the milkshake thing an hour before they closed and expected already wait 45 minutes for it to freeze back up insane and no wind cared abt anything I'm pissed

Have always had problems with ordering on app, going to pick up either inside or at window. Never ready, and if they park me after a 15-minute or longer wait, I have to go inside and pick up. Then it's not ready.

Chicken fingers , Grill chicken Sandwich and fries have to much seasoning on them.

I have been sitting at the drive thru for over 20 minutes. I finally ordered and we are just at a stand still. I mean, this is ridiculous! Don't you people have lanes to pull people over so you can keep your line moving? Still waiting!

This is sad.... Got a six-piece chicken tenders, but it might as well have been a two-piece because the size of the tenders was so SMALL. Just look at that sad little piece of chicken in that picture. This is not the first time this has happened. This place is already overpriced. I did not know shrinkflation was getting this bad. Ridiculous. Manager trying to get food cost? Cutting tenders in half to cut cost? Sad.
