Inside was filthy. The soda fountain area looks like it hadn’t been wiped down and cleaned in days. Clearly understaffed they were making everyone order through the kiosk. Got home to find out they shorted my order and forgot a Big Mac and the fries were absolutely cold. Won’t be going here again

I had to wait forever for someone to take my order and there was nobody at the drive-thru or at the window. And my order was wrong. And when I was given my food the girl was about to accidentally give me a little small bag that I thought might have been extra napkins that I asked for and the girl that took my order had a smart remark to say ,like she knew that wasn't her food about the paying customer..very rude.since I was ordering happy meals, I thought the tiny bag could be my extra napkins, ketchup etc..maybe she was mad because I asked why was it taking so long for someone to take order at the drive through when there was no one there in line. She said she was the only one working the windows and doing dishes... Again there was nobody in line and I saw 5 employees

I have been to McDonald's all over this country. North, South, East and West, this is hands down the WORST EVER. They are insanely rude, the food is abysmal (some how they mess up mcdonalds which has to be near impossible) and they in probably the 30 times I've been there have not gotten the order right one single time. They do not care. The only reason they are in business is because its the only place to get food after 7pm within an hour radius. I don't ever really give bad reviews but this place is horrible.

Tis McDonald's in Sylvania ga. Is awful the employees. Are rude. An they act like they to lazy to work the store inside is nasty an hot. I oder I smoothe. It was half way empty. Tis place need to be shut down or. Fire all of them an new. Ppl I go out of town to eat I will never. Eat there again

For a change the ladies at the windows were extremely nice. They actually spoke to me. The food was hot and fresh. Hopefully they will keep up the good work.
I usually eat here 4-5 times per week and over the last 6 weeks, the ice cream machine hasn't been functioning once.

Fyi I'm am important customer.i don't have any meal tickets. I have to pay outta my pocket for food to eat.( The.meals are too much, and the food service is.not always.correct I don't have spending card orders money to spend and waist! . I appreciate a discount for my student stuff and my contribution to the.city and county funds here. Too high prices for every thing! For food.water gas power clothes and all!.way to inflated prices! Please.remember I am pro woman, and kid safe and would.like courtesy people. Gloves are recommended and the.certification stuff for state approval.when ya apply for a business license! Also do you have jobs? I.been telling some.young ones to go in there for a.job!.( Meals should be no more than 3.00)! # got my order wrong., I don't eat a lot.

Had a quick drive through mail at McDonalds yesterday. Big Mac meal, same as always but fries were really fresh and not overly salty. But, the lady at the delivery window deserves a raise. She was excellent, friendly and genuinely kind! You better keep her along as she is exceptional 👌
