We ordered pizza at 12:55 and it said it was going to be delivered around 1:25. At 2:04 I realized my family hadn’t received the delivery. I called and the lady on the phone stated that they were busy this morning (which I am more than understanding of) and stated that whenever the delivery driver was finished, she would come back and get my order and deliver it. I asked her how long that would be and she stated she wasn’t sure, but she could call and find out. She called and was unable to get ahold of her driver and stated she wasn’t sure when it was going to be. I canceled my order and requested a refund and 2:18. I am very displeased with the lack of communication and the wait time of almost an hour and 30 minutes without food or even an idea of when it would arrive.

We purchase a lot of pizza from these folks, but this order ticket 77 on 10/31 was not fulfilled properly. One pie was to be New York thin crust, didn't happen and both pies had almost 2 inches of crust... Please don't scimp on the toppings, the pizza has always been very good here, just a little slip up this time.
Food was great and the service was quick and friendly. Great pizza place for a smaller town and no complaints here.

The split pizza (meatlover & white sauce with chicken) was good and tasty. The lemon pepper and garlic parmesan wings were not what we expected, since they tasted the same. We asked the wings be extra crispy but that was not honored. Lastly, I'm BIG on customer service. The cashier was more into her conversation with a lady at the bar instead of ensuring customer satisfaction. When I asked for veterans discount, she said it was too late to accept. Not sure I'll be back.
