Nothing fancy here. They do have a scrambled ground beef hamburger that is certainly not your typical hamburger. It is quite tasty in spite of its difference. The hot dogs are quick and simple. They are tasty too. Don't come here looking to pay with a debit card. Cash is king here. I would recommend it for a Saturday or lunch quick grab. Its good and it works. Do not be intimidated by long lines. Wait your turn and you will get your order super fast.

This family owned business has been my whole families favorite since my grandfather first took us there in the mid-80s. It's still the same place the same atmosphere and it's like walking into a blast from the past of my childhood. I love it every time i go there, and the food is always the same with no changes to its processing or recipe.

I absolutely love Carltons! Its been a favorite since I was a kid! Anytime my family ever went to or came through Sylvester we always planned to make a stop by!! I've now got my kids loving it to! Definitely a hidden gem!!!
