This place needs to be closed! I went in today to get a sub using the coupons that i received in the mail. I wanted to use the buy footlong and get 6 in free. The lady told me they don’t do that in the store you have to online. Okay. So I went with the order Buy a footlong and got a tuna and wanted to add on bacon pepperoni she told me that she can’t do that i was like why it’ll be an extra charge. So she checked with the other employee which he confirmed what i said was true. So moving to the veggies I love black olives from subway and extra for extra not too much but she was like we can’t give extra and mind you it was not a lot that she put up there maybe like 8 to 12 olives that was spread out so at this point i’m over it the sandwich didn’t look appealing at all like at most subways when it’s almost complete. What made me walk out is when i made a comment that im about to change my mind this lady gone say if you want to you can you know walk out and shrugged her shoulders. I walked out. I will NEVER come back to this subway. I stay here in Sylvester I’ll make the drive to Albany to get me a sub. And it wasn’t that clean in the restaurant either another throw off. Then they were discussing other workers not showing up. Horrible. Never again. and the lady she drives a silver hyundai sonata and had a sandwhich in her hand as she came out i bet that was the sandwhich i was going to get. The veggies looked old and been sitting out for days. as it indicates in the bin it was in it had ice which those are old and reused olives and other veggies.

This location needs new employees. The boys in there are too busy listening to their headphones and flirting with female customers to do their jobs. Why is it 3:00 pm and there is no tea made, dirt and lettuce all across the floor, and you’re not even that busy? Not to mention the order was not made correctly. And you have to come inside to make your own drink? I ordered mobile and was told in the drive thru to come in and make it myself. Terrible service. The owner/manager definitely needs to shadow and retrain their staff.

It takes people to run these businesses, they're as successful as their owners dedication to not only their profit but to those that keep the doors open, like the staff. Overall, my interaction with staff has been friendly, fast, and sometimes fun. Remember humans work there, humans that work long hours and days on end without days off. They are doing the best they can.

The store manager of this location has the nastiest attitude I’ve seen in someone that calls them self a manager. I do not plan on going back to this Subway after the way I was spoken to considering I left the store in tears.

Use to like subway However, the subway in Sylvester Ga is way lacking and far from the standard I am use too. Number 1 issue is we submitted subway coupons, issued to us from a different subway, we were told that the coupon would not be honored in Sylvester Ga. This Subway will not take any of their own coupons? Strange There were 2 employees and one was very professional and one not so much. Ordered a BMT with spicy mustard to be told I could not get the mustard. This was not a pleasant experience. Should have went on down the street for one block and stopped at Dairy queen, there is also a Burger King...

The service was poor, the cashier had a big order to ring up. The guy that fixed my sandwich heated up my meat put it on my flat bread and left it there and went to the next customer. By the time the other guy got to my sandwich it was cold.

Rude employee on morning shift. She has problems with white people. When complaints are made the owner just blows it off and keeps the employee. Even when it's caught on video her behavior numours times. I refuse to use this fast food place any longer I always drive to the next town over that is not associated with this owner. There is no need for the rudeness this lady gives to the white people.

Sylvester Subway was great! The Staff were very friendly & fast. A Women's Soccer Team came in while we were being waited on. Most of the Ladies were foreign and it got a bit loud but the Staff were so patient and professional with all of us. Great experience!
