Worst KFC / Taco bell Services and unprofessional staff. No one has name tags. Lazy , arrogant manager, manager don't care about customers service. Employees or Manager doesn't know about what's Black beans or Refried beans . Very very racist manager. I hope kfc/tacobel have Racial Discrimination policy. We ordered Supreme chalupa with refried beans. Beans was extremely hard and cold. We went back ask another chalupa. All the Employees pretend like they don't know what we are talking about. Than here is manager comes, asking for receipt which they never gave us. Without even asking what we want something like we need other item or refund but arrogant manager throw money in Employee's hand and walked away. I asked Employees here name no one wants to tell us her name. Even none Employees had Name tags. Didn't even tell us her name. I guess we had no choice but leave . All this happened on 8/13/24 time 8.45pm . Just want a people to know what kind people working there.

Service was ok. Food just isn’t the same. I love chicken quesadillas from taco bell but it seems like the sauce taste different in Sylvester. Maybe it’s just me. But it seems like Sylvester GA’s chicken quesadillas are lacking cheese, chicken as well as the correct sauce. I’ve tried to eat them 3 or 4 times now and they’re just not as good as they used to be. I think I’ll stick to eating chicken quesadillas from Tifton or Albany from now on.

So yesterday I placed an order for doritos locos taco meal and then was told they didn't have it. Changed my order to a pizza but didn't ger that. Got 3 tacos instead she the shells were stale and barely had meat. And I've been sick ever since. Pretty sure i have food poisoning.
