Relatively new Wendy's. Was very disappointed in the women's bathroom. I turned around and walked out. My cheeseburger was not hot and cheese not melted.

Do not go for breakfast unless you want a very long wait. Went for breakfast recently. Ordered 3 combo meals. Was asked to pull forward. It took a full 10 minutes for our simple order of breakfast food to be prepared.

Either the person taking the order or the one preparing it cannot hear or read well. Mind you that to top it off they are very slow! When does a Bacon, Egg & Cheese Croissant come with only bacon? They messed up my breakfast because it was a drive-thru. So this is why I rate them so bad. Management needs to train these employees better, or they are just very incompetent.

This place was on point when they first opened and had a decline in the food quality and service since then. They got a new manager and it was getting better but not sure where she went Fries have been cold more than a few times and the employees seem like they would rather be anywhere but at Wendy's working most of the time. Hope it gets back consistent but I don't go there very often anymore.
Went to Wendy's tonight chicken nuggets nasty and fries nasty and bacon Jr burger cold as always .I want be back the employees not nice. Everytime eat there feelings sick

The lady at the window by the name of Keyashia was very sweet. My family and I went January 1, 2025 at 5pm. If I had to grade her from 1-10, I would give her a 10+. She should definitely be recognized for her kindness.
