The food here is really good. The food is not sitting under a light waiting on you to order it. The food is cooked after you order. No matter what you get ,ot will be good and hot. The potatoes logs are so good. We always get some to bring home.the burger and porkchop sandwich is off the chain. No matter what you order,you will love it.. You won't be disappointed at this place. I live in Macon but me and my wife will drive to here just to get lunch. Don't take my word,go try it and you will see for yourself.

The customer service here is absolutely unacceptable. I’m not sure who owns this establishment, but the entire team needs to be restructured—and by that, I mean replacing the current staff with individuals who are professional and respectful. The employees openly curse in front of customers, constantly talk over people, and display some of the worst attitudes I’ve ever encountered. It’s hard to believe this type of behavior is allowed to continue.

Every time I try and come and get food they’re always out of food by like 7:30 and when I try to call beforehand to place an order while driving home from work, the line is always busy and they never answer and I live about 30 minutes from this location And it would save me a lot of time and trouble if they would just answer the phone instead of ignoring, and then be rude when you get there trying to order in person

This place has the worst customer service. I was told no refill because I went to my car. Why is there no signage posted.? I ordered a 3 peice of white chicken, but I received a 3 peice dark. After waiting for forty minutes, I was just done by that time.
If there were any competition in this area they'd have a real problem.
