Excellent food, the best Big Chic in GA. Whenever I drive through from Macon GA headed to Alabama I stop in. Good, fresh, hot delicious food. The staff is excellent.

The customer service here is absolutely unacceptable. I’m not sure who owns this establishment, but the entire team needs to be restructured—and by that, I mean replacing the current staff with individuals who are professional and respectful. The employees openly curse in front of customers, constantly talk over people, and display some of the worst attitudes I’ve ever encountered. It’s hard to believe this type of behavior is allowed to continue.

Every time I try and come and get food they’re always out of food by like 7:30 and when I try to call beforehand to place an order while driving home from work, the line is always busy and they never answer and I live about 30 minutes from this location And it would save me a lot of time and trouble if they would just answer the phone instead of ignoring, and then be rude when you get there trying to order in person

This place has the worst customer service. I was told no refill because I went to my car. Why is there no signage posted.? I ordered a 3 peice of white chicken, but I received a 3 peice dark. After waiting for forty minutes, I was just done by that time.
If there were any competition in this area they'd have a real problem.

A Local favorite i stop whenever I'm working In the area. The ladies are very nice it can get busy & sometimes it's a wait but as I said it's a local favorite. It's one of those types of places that you'll probably see someone you know I'm from Columbus & I've seen a few people from my town there if you're in the area & Hungry that's where 99% of the people go. I gotta try the Breakfast..

Terrible experience. Dining area was dirty and so echoey and loud we couldn’t stand to stay. Got home to realize we didn’t get what we ordered, and were overcharged. Fries are awful. Chicken is mid at best. Totally confused by these rave reviews.
