Used to be a great place to visit for chicken or Taco Bell. Now anytime I try to visit here there is a different issue. KFC side is rarely open. Sometimes the drive thru is "broke" and then when you go inside they will loudly announce how long your wait will be as if they wanted you to reconsider doing business there. I am hoping new management will take over soon. This place could be really good with the right leadership. As it is, they are taking full advantage of the lack of help excuse and it's hurt the entire business.

This place is horrible. Two consecutive attempts at trying to get something to eat from this KFC. At both attempts, I said in a Drive-Thru so long that I eventually decided to drive through and just. Somebody has got to be supervising this and put an end to this foolishness. For this place to be so slow and unorganized. It is badly managed and they will never be able to meet expectations as long as they are being ran this way.

So yesterday 10-4-22 I stopped here for lunch like I do a lot. But I will never stop here again. Reason! So there was a couple husband and wife. They had a big size order. They got there food and left I was still waiting a few minutes had passed the man came back in holding the two piece box. Told the cashier that it was supposed to be a breast and a thigh but it was a bit it had a dummit so the manager guy or shift leader cam over looked in the box. This is why! He opened the bow grab the dummit and put it back of the hot tray with the rest of the chicken to be sold to the next customer. By health laws this should have been placed in the trash. Now I think this was around 3-4 o'clock that this happened if the manager wants to go look at video, this person could have just caused you to get find or should down for this action.

Avoid this place at all costs. So lazy they didn’t want to make fries. They claimed they ran out of Mac and cheese and mashed potatoes and gravy. Makes not sense to take a job and then not want to do it.

Worst Customer service experience ever. Today made the 3rd time I went there and the staff was rude. They were out of a lot of supplies as well and I do understand that does happen from time to time but tell the customer before they make the purchase.

Terrible I would go there at all. I was only there to return a bowl of mashed potatoes with shredded cheese and dough balls on top. The dough balls were suppose to be chicken. They charged my husband 7.00 dollars for that and I wanted no part of it. I will not pay that much money for cream potatoes. Sprinkled with shredded cheese and dough balls. That KFC store charges more than any other store charges. I asked for the corporate stores phone number and I was given some private person's phone number. So I still haven't got to speak with the corporate office yet. While I was there another lady came in and asked for some chicken she was told they didn't have any she ordered to pay extra if they would cook some and was told no they were closing. This was at 6 pm. It took them almost 45 minutes to give me my money back between then tell other customers that they don't have any chicken cooked and looking up the order because they didn't give my husband the receipt. They hardly ever give receipts there.

It's KFC, not much to say except I do really like the flavor of their pot pies. Sometimes the chicken in it can be grisly. Other than that it is chain quality chicken.

It's been a long time since I've had a good experience at KFC but this one was so fast and delicious. All of the workers were very nice and efficient.
0 stars weren't an option, after 15 minutes I asked for my money back since my 2 chalupas were apparently unimportant. Lackluster, emotionless, terrible service.

We called in 3 buckets of chicken and they told us they didn’t have chicken and they couldn’t give it to us because it would be all of what they had.Lose of business I would say,but okay.Even though we called it in atleast 20+ minutes prior to arrival and they said they’d have it.?

Hey this place is not what it used to be in 4/3/22 let’s start by the cashier telling everyone that its gonna be a while cause they couldn’t keep up with orders..well the wait was for 20 mins or so, The workers in the back didn’t have on any gloves they had Attitudes like they didn’t wanna be there or even on something I waited all that time for food to be throwed on the counter ( watch cameras) and didn’t nobody say anything so I ask who food is this so I’m like wow,well I’m a over the road truck driver and I wish I had the hrs in the clock to take the food back cause everything was dry… so ppl plz check ur food from the restaurant.. I need my 13$ back cause today was very unacceptable….

Ordered the Nashville hot chicken they give me plain chicken they do not answer their phone had to make a second trip there the black lady that was in the Drive-Thru window was very rude and she handed me a freaking container of the hot sauce and pickles and got mad when I told her I wanted it on the chicken the way it's supposed to be you guys need to do something about your staff I will never go back there again! The restaurant was nasty. What a joke of a place

Food use to be good. Now it seems no matter where you go either service sucks or food is nasty. It was both in this case. Did not get what we ordered. We ordered Extra Crispy and was asked if we minded a mix of extra crispy and regular fried chicken and we got no extra crispy. Chicken had so much grease could not hold onto it to eat it. Not going into all the details but it was a nasty meal. Had Chicken tenders as well as sides. It all tasted old or over cooked. The people seemed nice. Sorry but truth hurts. We ended up throwing the entire meal out. Had some agitated people at the house. Friends and Family. They said they are not getting nothing from there.
