The 20 year old kid talking to someone at the drive thru window for 25 minutes telling everyone he doesn’t care about this job and blah blah blah! Who cares I’m just trying to eat if you don’t want to work so bad just quit don’t make someone who is out working and want to eat suffer. No one cares if you worked at Honda anyone breathing can work there. The poor other guy was just working and did everything he could to take care of us.

This place gets worse everytime I come here they barely put anything in the burritos so then your paying $5 for a big burrito that is the size of a soft taco, the staff always has an attitude with you. We also got cinnamon twist they tasted burnt like they haven’t changed the grease in the fryer in months.

We just sat in the drive thru line at the tallapoosa taco bell for 15 minutes waiting to order because the speaker was broken and you had to wait till you got up to the window to place your order just to find out that they were out of a list of items. How in the world does a taco restaurant run out of taco shells??? They are slow as Christmas at this location and must be in desperate need for a manager as we asked to speak to the GM and was told that they had no idea when she would be in because she just shows up when she wants! LOL. Don't waste your time stopping here

Absolutely worst drop through experience. I've ever had the are slow. It took 45 minutes for them to get my food out and I only had one combo order. And I just got off work and was tired ready to go home. And they were cutting up and playing around inside like they didn't have nothing better to do and they were slow as hell, and they had very, very poor attitude, very rude and disrespectful, and I probably will never come back to this place. Not this location anyways , i've never had this kind of problem before , but I felt very unwelcomed and buried very , very ready to go I didn't even want my food by the time it came out there , what they did to it dropped it who knows Absolutely terrible placed eight

Service obviously is a one because why do you not have someone working the drive through but they are standing and watching the cars line up. Went through drive thru and order $32.00 of food. They gave me 2 small bags and i asked if that was everything. She said yes. I Specifically asked of the order of nachos were in the bag and she said yes. Guess what, they were NOT. EVERYTIME I GO THERE, SOMETHING IS LEFT OUT OF THE BAG.

I usually come here expecting the worst, considering I get off late and I’m use to bad service and bad food. Tonight was different 05/22/24 1:54 am. The food was perfect service was not overdone or rushed. Quick and clean service from the cashier he was a male name started with a J, had glasses. The cook with the beanie actually knew what he was doing and got everyone’s food out quick, and honestly I was expecting the food to be shabby and put together fast but this is perfect and as advertised. Give these two raises or something cause they are doing wonders for y’all. Extremely happy to see a nightshift fast food restaurant with some legit workers and not some tweaker tacos.
Came in tonight and the young man working name was Devin! He was working alone and he was busy! But he handled everything like a BOSS!!! Give this young man a RAISE!!! You did great Devin!!!!

Not a bad location in a truck stop so it’s more expensive than a stand alone and you can’t use your Taco Bell app or get points because it’s a pilot one but you can use your pilot points.
