If you’re in the area or just passing by, Bell’s Family Pharmacy is an absolute must-stop! I always recommend it to friends and family visiting the area because it’s truly a hidden gem. Their sandwiches are amazing—fresh, flavorful, and guaranteed to satisfy. And don’t even get me started on their sweets! Their baked goods from Alpine Bakery, especially the cheesecake, are an absolute must-purchase. It’s the perfect way to end your meal after devouring one of their awesome sandwiches.

I've been wanting to stop by here for a while and never have but, yesterday I took my littles for a special treat and let me just say this place exceeded my expectations!! We walked in to such a cozy environment with all their Christmas decor and Merch out....of course I LOVED EVERYTHING!! And then they had such a small town back in the day (Good 😊) feeling where you could order your handmade sandwiches or your ice cream and sit and enjoy it inside at a diner style bar or a table inside or out without feeling rushed( which is RARE these days!) And, the staff is so nice and polite and that is must for a wonderful experience anywhere; thank you ladies! This will definitely be our new favorite spot in Tate!

I stooped here on my way home . Service was very fast. I had the Depot I believe. Roast beef and havarti. Very good. Bread was soft but held up to the sandwich meat. The person taking my order was friendly and helpful. Overall great experience. PS. I only looked at the menu on the wall . It does not have prices that I could see. Cost of ice tea and Sandwich was $15+ plus tax.

I've never felt so uncomfortable. The white people in this little store did NOT make us feel welcomed. I felt like they had a shotgun behind the counter, and if we looked wrong, it would have given them a reason to use it on us!!! We got out of there so fast!!!

We stopped on our way back from Atlanta Motorsports and will definitely make this a regular stop. The sandwiches were amazing, and the teen boys said everything was delectable. The panini press was a nice touch, making fantastic sandwiches. The ice cream was great too. There’s a couple tables inside and outside for you to rest. It’s a cute shop worth a visit.

The atmosphere inside the pharmacy is beautifully laid out from top to bottom with a smokey mountain attitude. Service was with a smile, excellent BLT.

On our way to Big canoe we stopped by to grab a bite to eat three lovely ladies came to our service I had the BLT on rye I highly recommend it. boss man had the tuna George utterly satisfied one stop I won't miss heading into Big canoe thanks Ladies.

Sherry and her staff never disappoint! We found this gem last year while we were in ATL for a week long baseball tournament. We made it a necessary stop this year. If you’re anywhere in the vicinity - make the trip! Food, atmosphere, and hospitality are all top notch!
