I went today for the first time and ordered for my husband and I. We live in Taylorsville and it's our first time eating something from here but I will have to say it was actually really good. We didn't go in to eat we just done a pick-up at the window. The lady at the window was very sweet. I would definitely give them a try if you're looking for something. We will be back again. Remember supporting local people and local businesses are so important. They close at 2:00 I do believe so make sure you go before then. I got us the red headed stranger sandwich. It was delicious. It comes with grilled chicken, pepper jack cheese, bbq sauce and bacon on Texas toast. The prices aren't bad at all.

My first time trying them. I will not be back. Ordered 4 piece buffalo tenders and fries....received only 3 tenders, and the buffalo sauce and ranch sauce was so watered down. Fries old and cold. Definitely not work the $10.00 I spent and you don't even get a drink.

A short 10 minute drive from where I live, I had been hearing great things about this place's down home food and other fare. but, for some reason, until now, I had not ventured up the road to try it for myself. Well, now that I've tried it, I'm hooked. I've posted a pic of the lunch menu and everyday they also have a lunch special posted which consists of your choice of two meats and either an additional two or three sides and cornbread or dinner roll. I believe there were six or seven choices for sides today. There were also three homemade desserts to choose from. The portion sizes are very generous (my lunch pic posted) and for someone like me, I couldn't eat 1/2 of it and the other part will be supper tonight. The service was outstanding and the atmosphere was warm and inviting. Inside is beautiful and I'm not sure what this place was prior to being a restaurant, but it has a huge fireplace in the dining area that was going today which just made lunch that much more enjoyable. Will be back soon!

Had this cafe for lunch today. Really pleased with the pork chop that was on the special of the day. Service was perfect also! Meat & 3 with drink was around $11. I can't wait to work in that area again to try some other goodies
