The southern hospitality is 100% at this store unlike Atlanta/the South part of GA where we live. The cashier "Zeykeri" her customer service is wonderful, she's caring, and attentive with no bad attitude; Zeykeri deserves a raise. The cook: Ladarius makes the best biscuits we've ever had, soft and fluffy, unlike Atlanta/the South theirs be on the hard side. Abrianna was welcoming, nice. David the manager was very nice, respectful, and run the store the way it should be.
I recommend. Wish all stores we're like this.

Guys, if you’re buying biscuits for the crew (even an hour after they open) you will sit there for 20 minutes and not be served.
When I pulled up to the window I saw a woman leaned on the counter on her phone.

They charge my card after I left for someone else meal for $22. Had to cancel that card and get a new one.

I’d recommend this place during the less busy hours. The drive through would be frustrating for anyone, dining inside you’d find out the restaurant seems to be operating with 2 employees during busy hours. Despite this the clerk taking my order was still patient and composed for a first time customer. The Cajun Fillet is what I was recommended and it slapped harder than the steak biscuits. Food was good despite the obvious extra workload and rush. It was a vibe today.

How are going to tell someone they have to wait 6 mins for a chicken biscuit sandwich? You’re fast food tho
They are a bit short staffed so food can be a bit slow but it's pretty much always fresh so worth the wait

Bojangles use to be the best chicken place around. They are not as good anymore.

Store Manager is incredibly rude and demeaning to employees, and there were too many bugs for me to feel comfortable eating their food.

Multiple ants and roaches, as well as a very rude and demeaning store manager. He aggressively yelled and threatened write ups for insubordination, and failure to perform her job correctly as well as threats of job loss to a young female HS Student/Employee because he thought the sandwich was made differently and believed she made it incorrectly, though she made it correctly. Even the customer who ordered it confirmed it was correct.

Their food is always mid. I would drive to the one in Villa Rica if I'm really craving a good chicken biscuit and bo rounds and I have time to drive. The bo rounds at this location are ALWAYS stell or very soggy full of grease. Yesterday my chicken was dry and cold inside of a hot fresh biscuit. I was so upset that I even gave them another shot. Just needs to be replaced with a different restaurant.
