I just about got the law called on me in this place. Came in at 7:45 ordered food and set down started eating then the manager said I had to be gone buy 8:01 pm or she was going to call the law . Accused me of being intoxicated. I don't even drink! If she would of just left me alone I would of easily been gone by 8 . I didn't even get to eat my food. Date and time 12/15/2025 8:00 pm I hate this place and management. Every time I think about goin back to this place they screw it up! It's the only half decent food in temple is the only reason I keep giving this place a chance.

I gave 5 Stars for Atmosphere, but I mostly use the drive thru. The employees are always helpful. And, I love their blackened chicken, I'll eat a biscuit daily if possible.

Pretty standard fast food restaurant. However we prefer it over most. We love their biscuits and fries. However their fries are a hit or miss. When they are fresh crispy and heavily salted that are amazing. If not we don't eat them

Visited the Temple GA location drive thru for breakfast on the way to work I ordered a bacon egg cheese biscuit that was burnt and hard as a rock. I returned after my 4 hour shift to request a refund not only was the staff and the manager very rude and unprofessional. I was blamed for the biscuit being hard because I returned it after I got off work. I was told by the staff and the manager they are unable to give refunds that the only option was to get another burnt biscuit. I called the corporate office I was told that the manager and his staff lied to me that you are given the option to get a refund if you don't want your food replaced. The place was dirty, barely any customers, the service was terrible. And they lie to their customers so they can't get refunds. BEWARE this place is awful. Count your days BOGANGLES. This is probably the reason this location doesn't get much business they have to throw the food away daily. If you have a problem ask for the corporate number contact them don't waste your time they will just argue with you. I will never eat here again not even for free.

Food was delicious. A.I. order taker is kind of weird the first time but you get use to it.
Took forever, sat at window almost ten minutes waiting for food. Grilled chicken sandwich didn't have lettuce. Person on grill, who I could see through window, was moving in slow motion which was probably why it took so long, zero pep to get the job done. Very disappointing for a Bojangles which are normally much better than this location.

Is the Temple bojangles busy enough to turn away business. I'm a local and once a month we try and go to bojangles , sometimes we have to go to villa ricas location because the one in Temple is Ether out of chicken or the wait is stupid long. Today I decided to try my luck and stop at the Temple location and at first I was told it would be a 30 minute wait and when I said that was fine they came back that they were out of chicken......I'm not sure how this place is still In business with the current employees standards but if they got better employees maybe business would pick up.

Stopped by to get lunch. The chicken was moist, fries were crispy and the mac and cheese was delicious. The sweet tea was amazing and the customer service was wonderful. Definitely loved the food and service.

Will never go back to this place ever. Parking lot empty out of condiments, rude management and above all ever who the manager is they need to learn how to run a restaurant. Would not recommend this place. Do yourself a favor Go on down the street to somewhere else . The reviews on this place are horrible. And this is another one. Good thing I don’t do restaurant reviews cause they deserve a F.
