Is the Temple bojangles busy enough to turn away business. I'm a local and once a month we try and go to bojangles , sometimes we have to go to villa ricas location because the one in Temple is Ether out of chicken or the wait is stupid long. Today I decided to try my luck and stop at the Temple location and at first I was told it would be a 30 minute wait and when I said that was fine they came back that they were out of chicken......I'm not sure how this place is still In business with the current employees standards but if they got better employees maybe business would pick up.

Stopped by to get lunch. The chicken was moist, fries were crispy and the mac and cheese was delicious. The sweet tea was amazing and the customer service was wonderful. Definitely loved the food and service.

Will never go back to this place ever. Parking lot empty out of condiments, rude management and above all ever who the manager is they need to learn how to run a restaurant. Would not recommend this place. Do yourself a favor Go on down the street to somewhere else . The reviews on this place are horrible. And this is another one. Good thing I don’t do restaurant reviews cause they deserve a F.

The food was good! First time ever going...
Had to wait over 30 minutes for food. Cashier was handling food, money and cleaning wig the same glove. Had to ask her to change them.
Otherwise I wish we had one in Texas, close to me.

Had to get it while traveling. Little Rock needs a Bojangles.
The southern hospitality is 100% at this store unlike Atlanta/the South part of GA where we live. The cashier "Zeykeri" her customer service is wonderful, she's caring, and attentive with no bad attitude; Zeykeri deserves a raise. The cook: Ladarius makes the best biscuits we've ever had, soft and fluffy, unlike Atlanta/the South theirs be on the hard side. Abrianna was welcoming, nice. David the manager was very nice, respectful, and run the store the way it should be.
I recommend. Wish all stores we're like this.

Guys, if you’re buying biscuits for the crew (even an hour after they open) you will sit there for 20 minutes and not be served.
When I pulled up to the window I saw a woman leaned on the counter on her phone.

I’d recommend this place during the less busy hours. The drive through would be frustrating for anyone, dining inside you’d find out the restaurant seems to be operating with 2 employees during busy hours. Despite this the clerk taking my order was still patient and composed for a first time customer. The Cajun Fillet is what I was recommended and it slapped harder than the steak biscuits. Food was good despite the obvious extra workload and rush. It was a vibe today.

How are going to tell someone they have to wait 6 mins for a chicken biscuit sandwich? You’re fast food tho
They are a bit short staffed so food can be a bit slow but it's pretty much always fresh so worth the wait
