I ordered three chicken tenders, french fries and a drink. After about 10 minutes my order came out to the table. Fries were warm, however, the chicken tenders were not warm at all. The associate said she would get me some hot ones. About 2 minutes later she brought out another or of tenders which were no warmer than the first. She said she was tired of the cooks while I was here. There were five customers that came came in and ordered and four of those customers return with a complaint about their order. Cashier till the last guy. The cooks had a long day. Place is not clean their smudge last doors are smudgie. Last time for me here at this Hardee's Do better guys.

My mom went through the drive through and after waiting fifteen minutes she got home to realize our biscuits are raw. She called the restaurant and we were met with nothing but attitude.Not even an apology. The manager could not be bothered to talk to us.Nor would they help us find the corporate contact.

Had the unfortunate experience of going through the drive through ordered?My biscuit waited fifteen minutes for my biscuits got home.Biscuit was raw completely raw in the middle.So I called the shop not only did they not even bother to apologize.The manager couldn't even bring himself to speak to me.And they had an attitude, horrible experience will not be going back

Why are your employees throwing a mock tantrum about being fired, playfully screaming they hate their job, literally jumping up and down in site of drive thru? While customers have been waiting 10 minutes + for their food?

The food is actually really good. Always fresh. Service is a little slow but as long as the food is hot and fresh, I don't mind waiting a little longer.
If I could give 0 stars I would. Slow service totally wrong order absolutely the worst restaurant ever. I hope they close like the rest of them. I wosh I could say more but this place is such a horrible place.
