You know there is a problem when you are out of sausage for biscuits. This just shows incompetence in your manager. You should never run out of your main product for breakfast. This is not the first time this has happened. This is why Hardee’s is struggling to stay in business.

I ordered through Uber eats $34.88 was my total order cost I got 2 combos that came with coffee on the app I put cream and sugar for my coffee there was none in my coffee or in the bag. My receipt shows the cream and sugar to be with the coffee. I called manger wasn’t sure on how to solve the problem other then said I could come pick it up. Definitely won’t eat Hardee’s again. Haven’t eaten at Hardee’s in a long time and probably never will again. I spent a good bit of money for food and wasn’t able to enjoy my coffee with my breakfast. As well as my hash rounds was half full cartoons
You guys used to be on point. We come here nearly every day, and the food consistency has become awful. The hash rows are either raw or burned. The gravy is water some days. And the service has just gotten bad. Employees arguing, disorganized, ignoring customers. It's just gotten bad, bad, bad.

Drive thru you'll wait forever. And guarantee they will forget something in your order. Or just not make it right. Hardee's is going downhill. And their only crowd is old folks that basically live there every morning. Staff is awful. There is one lady that keeps it running but without her staff is trash.

i’ve visited this place a few times, and everytime i do they never disappoint. the workers there are always super nice and never have an attitude or rudeness. my food is always hot and made well. this is definitely the best hardee’s location i’ve been to. would recommend!
