Slowest McDonald’s I’ve ever been to. I placed a mobile order at 5:07 while already in the store and didn’t receive it until 5:37. This isn’t the first time orders have taken an unreasonable amount of time. When I walked in, a man told an employee I was waiting, and she responded that she didn’t care.

We forgot to ask for a burger plain after ordering and when asked to make it plain, the employees loudly complained in the back that we messed up our own order because we ordered through the kiosk, even after apologizing and saying it was an accident. It is ironic that the employees are so rude even though they are always playing worship music, not very Christian like.
Very professional employee took our order for six people and the order was completed quickly with no mistakes. I appreciated the selection of music playing in the restaurant. Women's restroom was very clean. Food was delicious. Drink and napkin station we're well-sticked. We were glad we chose this McDonald's location!
