Good place to shop with good salad bar and prepared in store like guacamole & chicken salad. Better prices at some other stores but really good specialty items.

I love starbucks. I'm excited every year to try the new fall drinks but so far this year everytime I try to get an apple crisp drink they don't have the apple crisp syrup.

Oof Oof

I recently visited a Starbucks location and I must say, it was a highly disappointing experience. From the moment I walked in, Carla made it clear that this particular Starbucks had missed the mark on providing a pleasant environment for its customers.Firstly, the staff seemed completely disinterested and lacked any semblance of enthusiasm. Their lackadaisical approach to customer service was evident as they barely acknowledged my presence, let alone greet me with a friendly smile. It felt as if I was intruding upon their personal space rather than being welcomed as a paying customer. Moreover, the cleanliness of the establishment left much to be desired. The tables were sticky and covered in crumbs, and the floor appeared as if it hadn't been properly swept or mopped in ages. It was an unsightly mess that did not create a comfortable atmosphere to enjoy my beverage. When it came to ordering, the baristas displayed a lack of knowledge about their own menu. I asked a simple question about a particular drink, and they seemed clueless, fumbling to provide a coherent answer. It's disheartening when the staff members are unable to provide basic information about their own products. To add insult to injury, my drink was poorly prepared. The presentation was sloppy, with spilled milk and a half-hearted attempt at latte art. It tasted nothing like the quality I have come to expect from Starbucks. It was evident that the barista lacked the necessary skills and attention to detail required to make a decent beverage.Lastly, the prices were exorbitant for the subpar experience I had. I understand that Starbucks is known for its premium pricing, but it is reasonable to expect a certain level of quality and service in return. Unfortunately, this particular location failed to deliver on both fronts.Overall, my visit to this Starbucks was a letdown. The lackluster service, unclean environment, uninformed staff, poorly prepared drink, and high prices all contributed to a deeply unsatisfying experience. I hope that Starbucks takes note of these shortcomings and addresses them promptly, as they certainly do not reflect the standards I have come to associate with the brand.
