It felt as if I was intruding upon their personal space rather than being welcomed as a paying customer.Moreover, the cleanliness of the establishment left much to be desired. The tables were sticky and covered in crumbs, and the floor appeared as if it hadn't been properly swept or mopped in ages. It was an unsightly mess that did not create a comfortable atmosphere to enjoy my beverage.When it came to ordering, the baristas displayed a lack of knowledge about their own menu. I asked a simple question about a particular drink, and they seemed clueless, fumbling to provide a coherent answer. It's disheartening when the staff members are unable to provide basic information about their own products.To add insult to injury, my drink was poorly prepared. The presentation was sloppy, with spilled milk and a half-hearted attempt at latte art. It tasted nothing like the quality I have come to expect from Starbucks.
