Your customer service is terrible when placing an order through drive thru. I asked for 2 BBQs sauces because I ordered 2 meals I was told it would be ¢50 for 2 BBQs sauces that's ridiculous when I ordered 2 meals. I believe it was a manager that came to the window when I asked for 2 BBQs sauces because the guy was outside giving orders out. Get better customer service!

Placed a mobile order right after 11 and came around 20 mins later and they said their closed but the app and google says other wise? I think there is just a lack of care from their staff to close and turn away a customer before close.

@ Wendy’s, what’s up with the shredded lettuce you’ve started putting on the burgers? It’s bringing the quality of the food taste down compared to the whole leaf lettuce you’ve been using for decades. We do not approve the change. Stop penny pinching, we know the burgers are square, but you’re obviously cutting corners. Dave Thomas would be disappointed.

I wouldn't give this even 1 star but I had to came through the drive tru to pick up my moblie order not only was the serve crap the manager on duty this evening was actually picking her fingers and eating without washing her hands and after waiting forever my food was even correct and they tried to hand my fries just straight out the window as a restaurant GM yall really need to rethink your staff and management because this place is trash after spending what I spent i threw my food away and will never come back and make sure everyone i know never comes to this nasty place

One of the worst visits I have ever had with a Wendy's.

Ordering fast food on a mobile app is the most fool proof way to order food. And you guys still found a way to mess it up. Your Manager told me I couldn't have my food because I didn't pay for it when I was literally showing her where it came out of my bank account and shows paid on your god awful app. Not to mention the fact that everyone was ignoring the customers at the counter I had to say something to the employees to get my issue looked into. Your manager on this shift should be looked into because of her professionalism and manner of addressing issues. By the time we got out of there with the food that I did infact pay for it was cold and the fries were soggy.

Lost my business. Period.

All 3 workers were complaining and was trying to get me to take my food without 4 of my teas and 2 baked potatoes bc they didn't feel like making them. They were being very load and whiny about doordashes coming through as well

I placed a mobile order. When I went inside to pick it up, I was informed they no longer served the family pack of nuggets. Mind you, I ordered using the Wendy's app, not a. 3rd party app. I asked if they had nuggets. They said yes. I asked why they wouldn't make them for me. She said they don't serve the family pack. I said give me 5 orders of 10 piece nuggets then to replace it. She said no and that I would have to go through the app to get a refund. Customer service at Wendy's is only available M-F 8am-8pm EST. She offered to let me place a new order for the 10 piece nuggets but the cost would have been drastically higher then what I paid. I had already purchased what I wanted and paid for it. Why would I turn around and pay for it again? So, no dinner for this hard working truck driver. Thanks for nothing Wendy's. It's not like I can stop just anywhere for food. I choose to eat here, but I won't choose to again. Even if I'm starving and have no other options. Rude employees, false advertisement, and refusal to give customers what they ordered.

Revised review:
I contacted Wendy's customer service and they refused to give me a refund. I guess this is the last time I eat at Wendy's. They got over $25 of my money and I got nothing. This is unfortunate because they have the best fries and nuggets.

Why are there no hair nets on hair flying all o er food, weaves in heads hanging over food, no gloves or change of gloves when preparing food and wiping on clothes or merchandise down smh.never again!!!

It's midnight on a Thursday in temple Ga. I'm starved needing some food just to keep going. Wendy's was not only open in my time of need but staff were super friendly and made me food fresh to order. I ordered the Cajun chicken couch or whatever it was as a special. I'm not sure I've had fast food this fire before. Night crew went above and beyond for an absolutely awesome experience. Shout out the girl with the purple hair. You're killin it!

I usually don’t post reviews because I work in fast food but this I had to say something about. I don’t know what this night shift got going on but I just came through 8:40 at night. And these girls are rude. I pulled up to the window she told me I was too far. I understood so I backed up and pulled closer. Then when I asked them to give me a minute because the food was not for me, she closed the window. Then I am guessing the manager went over and opened the window and told me the total again and I asked her to give me a moment. Well after I was ready the “manager” came over and had the rudest attitude. Basically snatched the food off the counter beside her showing it out the window. Gave me no receipt and didn’t even say have a great night or something to indicate that she was done giving customers service.
