Zaxby's Chicken Fingers & Buffalo Wings

Everytime we order wings extra crispy they give us really old refried chicken. This has happened too many times than I can count and tonight even the fries were old and stale. I don’t not recommend. The customer service is not great.

Everything about this experience was absolutely horrible. The only hope of getting any service is to go through the drive thru because they are too busy playing in the dining room. The manager looked so over everybody's crap it was almost comical. After waiting 15 minutes on the kids to quit playing, we finally left and just went through the drive thru. I have to say that their ONLY saving grace was that sweet girl LEEAH in the drive thru taking orders. Kudos to her!

Stood in line for 15mins waiting on the cashier to take 1 order because she was playing around with some kids she obviously knew. I walked out, along with 3 other people who had been waiting. Manager was standing right behind her sending out orders through drive thru...someone needs to be fired..I'd start with the top and work my way down.

I was so hungry and decided to get wings and things for my lunch break. I was so disappointed when I got home. The wings were cold and hard just tossed in sauce. No telling how long they were sitting there. I hate spending my hard earned money on something the servers would feed themselves. I was so disappointed, the the ladies at the window were very nice and happy. I just hate my food was not good and I wasted my money.

Drive through employee was rude, tried to order plain boneless wings with dipping sauce on the side (like the app says you can, if only ordering food on the app worked!), said "We can't do that, you have to pick a sauce to coat them in and you can't have that dip flavor with boneless wings. (even though the app shows you can...)
Food is usually old and cold, though we lucked out today and got a warm meal.

Forst time eating at this location and the chicken was over cooked/hard and you can tell the grease needed to be changed also ordered the cheesecake bites and wasn't given the strawberry dipping sauce. There was also some pickles dropped into my loaded fries which wasn't pleasant as someone who doesn't care for the taste of pickles.

Went to the drive-thru, ordered $50 worth of food and only received 1/2 my items. Tired to call the store and no one would answer.

Visited the Temple Zaxby’s on a Wednesday night at 9:00PM. Wanted to try the new tacos. Firstly, it took longer than normal, but we were patient and understanding due to the fact that they would be closing soon. When I got to the window, they said they were low on chicken and it would be a few minutes. Not long after, they handed me our food and we left. When I got home, I opened my box of tacos to find 2 tortillas with lettuce and cheese only, and one with a piece of chicken. No sauce and no chicken on 2 tacos. Come on guys, that’s crazy. They also put my name down as “Side” and were confused when I said my name was Zack…

Awesome visit. Sweet tea was full. Ac was ice cold, and the restroom was clean. Service was extremely fast, and the crew was friendly. First visit to the new location, and I will be back for more.
