Awesome visit. Sweet tea was full. Ac was ice cold, and the restroom was clean. Service was extremely fast, and the crew was friendly. First visit to the new location, and I will be back for more.

Pulling up to zaxbys I thought everything was fine and established.Going to the drive thru I was HIGHLY dissatisfied with how the employees are treated outside. The weather is extremely hot and they could get major problems with heat and that is NOT ok.You need to have at-least some kind of sympathy towards the workers outside because it is DRAINING.There is no fans nor shade to reside at and it is deeply saddened. I also saw one employee kiss on this boy inside through a window...

Everyone here seems so sweet and they are very welcoming! I absolutely love the look of the place and the food as great! I got the 10pc teriyaki boneless wings and the sauce was so good ?! The only thing I would say that could change it is cold in here! So maybe just a little more heat ? but that definitely won't keep me from here!
