I would have given zero stars but that wasn’t an option if I wanted to leave a review , so here it is , I understand that when you go to a drive thru you’re rushed to make an order , well we went through the drive thru at this location , the woman over the speaker seemed very unpleasant , she almost didn’t get both of my kids orders . The wait for our food was dreadfully long that by the time we got home the food wasn’t all that great and my order was screwed up, I ordered butterfly shrimp with a side of broccoli and Mac and cheese , needless to say I got broccoli for my side but got French fries instead of macaroni and cheese. Captain d’s y’all need to do better because I’m not to happy about my meal being screwed up

We are in the line now we order the 4 pieces with two sides they had no mac and cheese no corn on the cob and no okra so I asked could I have a loaded potato and they said it would be extra I asked if they could accommodate me since they had non of the 3 sides which I liked they said it will be extra.
Prices have really risen over time. Food was good but the price for a small iced tea was ridiculous. I could've bought two gallons at their rate.

Food was great, the ladies up front need to be just as happy and eager to help their black customers as they are to the white customers especially since we probably make up the majority of the clientele. Let’s get it together and treat all customers the same! Prices are a lot now, probably could have went to Longhorn for the same price or cheaper for lunch
