Thank you carhops. You did it again. We ordered Great Wall and of course you ordered the wrong thing so our food was messed up. We ordered pork mei fien but you ordered pork chow mein. Two totally different dishes. Thank you for messing up my lunch.

Carhops no longer accepts cash payments so you are better off using doordash at least they seem to get the orders right. Most of the time they are closed waiting on drivers and when they open up they still can't get it right.Doordash is better by far!!!

We ordered food at 6:33 pm, it arrived at 9:05 pm. We tried the online chat for Carhops repeatedly but no one ever replied. The temperature tonight was 41 degrees and so was our food.

Took almost 1.5 hours to get our order of one pizza and bread. Updated times were not correct even when I spoke to the customer service representative on the phone. They didn't even confirm the order with the restaurant until 32 minutes after we placed the order online. Will not be using again.

I used Carhops for the first time today and I am so glad I did! I’ve never had a service that would deliver to my house until now. So not only am I thrilled to have the service, but they were fantastic! They called ahead to let me know that they were running behind due to the weather but the driver was less than 10 minutes behind the ETA. Our food was still hot and the driver was very polite. I am so excited to have this business in our town!
