Friendly service and unlike other fast food restaurants they get your orders right. It is nice to pick up an order and have what you requested! Truly enjoy the food and drinks, doesn't feel like fast food.

When trying to order in advance for carrying out the app was down and giving errors after trying to process the order after trying a few times to order in the app, I called and told them something was wrong with the app and it wasnt allowing me to order the carry out so I asked about placing an order and I was told that they will only do catering carry out orders and I should try the app again as they had no idea what was wrong with the app.

Everything was great but yesterday (11/10) we went and one of the employees was obviously freezing and I informed another employee and asked if they had extra jackets bc the one taking our order was so cold her eyes were watery. She said they did, I asked if they would give her one. We parked at whataburger for 10-15 minutes and no jacket was given. Chick-fil-A you gotta do better by your employees. Yes customers matter but so do your employees. I would rather talk to the intercom knowing the employees are comfortable in a heated building as cold as it was than have a face to face interaction with someone freezing to appease us.
