I’ll never go back to Chili’s in Thomaston. My mother ordered beef nachos a few minutes ago, from the menu we were given, and when our waitress turned it in the hostess came back and first siad she couldn’t have that, and then said they could only do that for another $6.99. She ordered from the menu given, but the hostess handed us a newer menu and insisted we were wrong and that no menu in the restaurant still showed that. Bad service is one thing, but basically calling a custiner a liar is something else. Didn’t get her name (no name tag), but she was thin with dark hair and a nose ring. The server was great, and looked embarrassed.

This was a much better experience than the last 3. I had said we wouldn't be back because we got the same waitress 3 different visits, and all 3 were horrible! Well it was my fiancé's birthday and she chose chili's for the cheese sticks that she's been seeing on TikTok. I'm glad I let her choose. I would like to call the waitress out by name, but I couldn't pronounce it. I want to say her name started with a T. She's a young thin black girl, and she was awesome! This trip, the food, waitress, and drinks were great! We will start coming back to eat more often. I want to say it's been 2-3 years since we've been to chili's, until this visit.
Very fast and helpful service. Staff is on point and makes sure you're happy. Good is very good and reasonably priced.

Not enough healthy food items. Fajita I was not able to digest not tender enough. Overall not a upbeat happy place to frequent. Not a good 🌶️ chili’s to eat at. No one is friendly they seem use to their own locals maybe.

The service was great. Both times, I had the same person waiting our table. The food was good, what you would expect from the chain. The place wasn't overcrowded but somehow still lively, and it felt like a nice place to be.
Me and the family stood at the door to get waited on for 10min and never got a ill be there shortly or how are you. One after the other past by while im holding my daughter. Customer service is Key for me anywhere i go, and i wont be attempting Chilis any time soon.
