I had such a great experience at Chili’s! The food was absolutely amazing everything came out fresh, hot, and full of flavor. On top of that, the customer service was a true 10 out of 10. The staff was friendly, attentive, and made sure we felt welcome the entire time. I’ll definitely be back soon and highly recommend it to anyone looking for great food and an even better atmosphere!

I placed an online order, July 29. It gave me a time frame for when it would be ready and directions stating I would receive a text when it was ready. I waited and waited and waited and the text never came. 15 minutes AFTER my exorcist pickup time, I just went in and asked. It was sitting there ready to go. When I got home, I live literally 2 minutes away, all of the food was cold...not warm, cold! Icy cold. Even after heating in the microwave it was practically inedible. Fries tasted old and were hard and crusty. This is not the normal experience I have at Chili's, so I was highly disappointed.
Food was ok Prices nothing lower then last time .I heard they lower the prices Place was dirty needed to be clean. I dont see me going back

I ordered a to go dinner this evening on 5-22-25. A Three for me burger combo and a Santa Fe crisper salad. The three for me was fine but the Santa Fe crisper salad had cold,hard,inedible chicken on it. I took it back and told the young lady at the pick up the issue,and her response was a blank stare. The manager came out and said she could make me the same salad but I wanted a refund.She stated the salad was supposed to be cold. She repeated she could remake the salad but I didn't want to take a chance on more cold,hard,chicken.
