I ordered a to go dinner this evening on 5-22-25. A Three for me burger combo and a Santa Fe crisper salad. The three for me was fine but the Santa Fe crisper salad had cold,hard,inedible chicken on it. I took it back and told the young lady at the pick up the issue,and her response was a blank stare. The manager came out and said she could make me the same salad but I wanted a refund.She stated the salad was supposed to be cold. She repeated she could remake the salad but I didn't want to take a chance on more cold,hard,chicken.

I’ll never go back to Chili’s in Thomaston. My mother ordered beef nachos a few minutes ago, from the menu we were given, and when our waitress turned it in the hostess came back and first siad she couldn’t have that, and then said they could only do that for another $6.99. She ordered from the menu given, but the hostess handed us a newer menu and insisted we were wrong and that no menu in the restaurant still showed that. Bad service is one thing, but basically calling a custiner a liar is something else. Didn’t get her name (no name tag), but she was thin with dark hair and a nose ring. The server was great, and looked embarrassed.

I ordered my food without bacon and they put bacon on it anyways. I told them and they said they’d fix it. All they did was scrape the bacon off but still left some on them. The manager gave me a refund but they ruined my evening. I will never come back to this location

The employees are super irresponsible and unprofessional. Just like, somewhere near 4:30 until almost 5. They was playing around very too much, and “promise” to get the food ready. It was just a simple food. Nobody, I’m meant nobody should not ‘heehee’ in the restaurant establishment.
Whoever is over Chili’s should get people who act professional, not ignorant and lazy and like to gossip.
