Dairy Queen Grill & Chill

I had a very disappointing experience at this Dairy Queen. The manager put a hamburger in the microwave and gave it to me, and when I bit into it, it was extremely hot and burned my tongue. Food should be prepared fresh and safely, not reheated in a way that can hurt a customer.

To be honest, this is why I hate going to fast food restaurants—because food is often not handled well. If a restaurant is slow, that should mean there is time to cook food properly and in a timely, fresh manner, not pull food that’s been sitting and throw it in a microwave.

What really upset me was when I went back to the window and explained what happened, the cashier started laughing in my face. That was very disrespectful and made the situation even worse. I was in pain and trying to explain a serious issue, and instead of concern or an apology, I was laughed at.

I’m also concerned that the food may have been sitting out too long before being microwaved. As a customer, I expect food to be handled properly and according to food safety standards. This experience was unacceptable and could have seriously hurt someone. I hope the owners take this seriously and retrain staff on proper food handling and customer service.

Amiya provided great customer service. Her smile and attitude was perfect from the time I walked in. The bathrooms were clean and my s’mores blizzard was made just as requested. Definitely would love to stop by again when traveling. Keep up the great work team!

Busy little DQ but you'll understand why when you get your that juicy burger!

The cashier was very rude, I ordered and 6 piece chicken strip basket, large sweet tea, and a large cheese curds, he then told me they do not substitute cheese curds. I tried 3 times saying I wanted them on the side, not as a substitution. Spent $25 when all was said and done, and did not get my fries.

This Dairy Queen isn't very good at all Every time I order a Blizzard it's always soft and runny like a melted milkshake,not firm like it should be.We have to drive all the way to Barnesville to get a decent Blizzard.
Theirs are always done correctly and the service and food is outstanding.
This location needs to learn,yes you can set the temperature on the ice cream machine to a lower temperature to make a proper Blizzard.

We were the last order of the night. I literally sat for 8 minutes waiting on a triple flamethrower that they somehow messed up. Absolutely astonishing how bad their service is to mess up a SINGLE BURGER ORDER. Paid and charged for a triple patty flamethrower, received a double. They even repeated triple back to me. Astonishing considering I saw their manager literally helping the staff make it. I have no words other than never visit this place, skip it and go to BK.

This restaurant in Thomaston was very clean and organized very spacious the place smelt so good and the waitress was so nice

Good was very good and service was quick. Nice place to stop for a quick bite.

Managers very rude and gave me clearly wrong information in order to sell more . Order queso and it came out cold and solid

I don’t like this place. The manager is snobby, and doesn’t let you use the DQ app for the points. He treat the employees like they’re nothing.
Like why?
And he doesn’t own the app, DQ is the one who owns it.
So, who is he? 🤨

And the ice cream taste awful, like the ice cream machine haven’t got cleaned yet. 🤢🤮

I really don't understand how the service could be so bad here. If I could give it no stars I would. I mean this is the third time I've come here and ordered a blizzard and when I get to the window I see one sitting off to the side praying that isn't mine. But low and behold it is. I got basically a milkshake instead of a blizzard. So I would rather drive an hour out of my way than ever come back to this establishment if you can even call it that. The people in front of the line may order food and it takes for ever for them to get it and I guess the staff think I'll just make the blizzard now like it'll never melt. I mean one time maybe I'll give you that but the third time months apart and it happens again. Never again. Due yourself a favor, if you're thinking about coming here, don't. I would rather see this place go out of business before I spent another penny here.
