It's really hit or miss with the drinks and menu selection. Donuts are old most of the time, even when you go close to opening. The donut selection is limited, not as many options as other stores. No Apple crumble, no pumpkin, no jelly filled...often out of regular sprinkles. Also often out of oat milk. The staff is kind and accommodating, but often mis order notes, even with allergies.

I came in to get a frozen coffee with the whip cream and chocolate syrup on top like I usually get and it was made wrong twice after the second time I got out of there so please yall need to tighten up..

They used to be very good and have good coffee every time but for the past few months they have been very inconsistent with their production. I order the same coffee every time I go, and sometimes it tastes just fine and other times it tastes like coffee flavored water. I have said something about this and every time they tell me it’s because I get oat milk but I know that’s not the case because when I get the same exact drink from other Dunkin’s it does not taste like water.

I placed an online order, and had to sit and wait at the window for over 10 minutes and the lady came to the window telling me a a price to pay, even though I kept telling her I had a mobile order is she understood that she just kept forgetting and then she would come to the window and asked me if I wanted this or wanted this on my food after we’ve already discussed everything it was a little irritating that I had to sit at the window for so long, and the girl kept coming back, asking the exact same questions cause you could tell she just was not paying attention

Dunkin donuts in Thomaston is awful.....the glazed donuts had no glaze, and the grilled cheese sandwich, was hard......the worse!! I recommend not eating there...PERIOD.... Thomaston needs a Krispy Kreme!!

I always give them a try when I come from Zebulon where I stay and regret it every time they are so rude and the customer service sucks whether you go through drive through or inside they just have you sitting there like they don’t wanna assist you. Definitely need to work with yalls employees on customer service.
My croissant didn't seem fresh and my lemonade was not sweet. But the ladies were sweet and welcoming.

I ordered a hot mocha latte. They gave me a hot coffee. I told them it was wrong. Waited a good 10 minutes for them to fix it only for them to hand me the same coffee back. The only difference was it was now cold. Ridiculous. Waiting for them to fix it again currently. Won’t ever come to this location again. It’s always something here.

Sometimes service is amazing and other times they're just ok, that's why the 4 star. If you like McDonald's frappe, go to Dunkin! It's a little bit more expensive, but their large is huge and worth the money! And you can get anything frozen! The pumpkin spice is very good frozen and the doughnuts are ALWAYS so so so good!!! Try a bakers choice! They're normally very good! I have been getting there kiwi watermelon lemonade refresher it's so so good! Don't know how much longer they'll have it though. I really like one of their frozen coffees, but I can't think of what it's called it's Carmel and topped with whip cream and cinnamon and sugar. It's so so good! It's on the Dunkin app.

Went into dunking yesterday and they were literally out of almost every flavor of coffee except 2 so they said! They had no flavors of refreshers at all! So after deciding on something they did have the young girl at the counter was very unwelcoming,rude, and preceeded to hand me my drink with so much more drink on the out side of the cup than inside and when asked for napkins to clean it off she acted as if I just ruined her whole life!
