I always give them a try when I come from Zebulon where I stay and regret it every time they are so rude and the customer service sucks whether you go through drive through or inside they just have you sitting there like they don’t wanna assist you. Definitely need to work with yalls employees on customer service.

I ordered a hot mocha latte. They gave me a hot coffee. I told them it was wrong. Waited a good 10 minutes for them to fix it only for them to hand me the same coffee back. The only difference was it was now cold. Ridiculous. Waiting for them to fix it again currently. Won’t ever come to this location again. It’s always something here.

Sometimes service is amazing and other times they're just ok, that's why the 4 star. If you like McDonald's frappe, go to Dunkin! It's a little bit more expensive, but their large is huge and worth the money! And you can get anything frozen! The pumpkin spice is very good frozen and the doughnuts are ALWAYS so so so good!!! Try a bakers choice! They're normally very good! I have been getting there kiwi watermelon lemonade refresher it's so so good! Don't know how much longer they'll have it though. I really like one of their frozen coffees, but I can't think of what it's called it's Carmel and topped with whip cream and cinnamon and sugar. It's so so good! It's on the Dunkin app.

Went into dunking yesterday and they were literally out of almost every flavor of coffee except 2 so they said! They had no flavors of refreshers at all! So after deciding on something they did have the young girl at the counter was very unwelcoming,rude, and preceeded to hand me my drink with so much more drink on the out side of the cup than inside and when asked for napkins to clean it off she acted as if I just ruined her whole life!

Usually I don’t write reviews but I feel like someone needs to address the recent change of things going on here. I’ve been coming here for a few years now and the change of staff have definitely made this place worse. I just sat in a drive through for nearly 20 minutes NO EXAGGERATION. This is after placing an order and the young lady on the intercom having an attitude, asking me “is that it, and to pull around”. I FINALLY get to the window to get my drinks and food and saw my drink that was frozen with whipped cream just sitting there and everything melted, it had been sitting so long the drink was starting to separate from the mixture. I asked if it was my drink can it be remade. Instead of being understanding (because clearly it wasn’t something that should’ve been served), I got an eye roll along with her shutting the window walking off saying something. Not even a little “sure”. That’s not even everything, lately our grilled cheese sandwiches haven’t been melted, simply looks like you put cheese in between two slices of bread and served it. Clearly the staff needs to be retrained because before it changed these things were never an issue. Management you have got to do something because this is a small town and people love this place, but this is ridiculous. These are reoccurring events, not just a one time thing. Please do something.

I went in and I saw trays of donuts sitting on the counter top I asked the young lady are those donuts trah and she replied no ma'am I told her you need to bc it's flies all on top of those donuts....she did not throw them away just be careful where you eat at

Also I asked for boxes to put my Donuts in and were told they had a box that the donuts could go in that wouldn't close all the way This Was NOT A Good drive thru experience a let down on quality and product also when people were mask muzzels they have a hard to communicating with people and people who wear mask muzzels have a hard time talking to people and getting the order wrong! You get the Coffee size wrong, Dunkin midnight never strong enough, and you never add napkins to the bag of food. Window person was slow and seemed annoyed. 3/13/2024. I don't plan to eat here again.
