The 1st order was wrong. I went back to the store and the young ladies were very kind about the situation. I contacted corporate and they responded in a timely manner. I ordered again and once again it was completely wrong!! I had two different sized beef patties, the burger had been sitting for so long the ketchup and mustard had soaked into the bread. I didn't get my lettuce and tomato. I took it back and again the young ladies were very nice about the situation. Im not sure why the food quality doesn't match the customer service. I like Hardee's menu, just not in Thomaston

Get Tarsia off the drive thru she is not customer service friendly. Doesn't remember anything had to ask several times what I wanted when I've already said it. And her attitude was just horrible and I can tell you does not like her job.

It's my first time using the Hardee's App & I must say that I am impressed. By using the app it gave me permission to bypass the drone drive-thru line and the packed out dining room experience. By ordering online you choose whether or not you want to pick up your stuff ASAP or at a later time, and also whether you want to pick it up inside or drive thru. I chose to pick it up inside and was pleasantly surprised when my order was waiting for me. I try the blueberry breakfast biscuits and they were awesome!!! I only wish you could order them anytime during the day!!! Yay for Hardee's!! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

This has to be the best Hardee’s I’ve been to. The morning staff is friendly and they always seem to smile. The restaurant is always clean and orderly. I’m sure they don’t get told enough but thank you for all you do. These ladies work hard and it doesn’t go unnoticed. Thank you again.

Just left this place. Service was terrible. Had to wait 12 mins in the drive through for my order, and then an item was missing. My husband went inside to tell them and the cashier didn't believe him. Hardee's is my favorite place for breakfast, but this place is the worst one I've ever visited.
