That's crazy..I paid almost 7$ for scraps I ordered a bacon breakfast platter and got what little bit of eggs were left in the pan it looks like and three broken pieces of bacon that aren't even whole. Looks like one piece broke into three parts.. I am glad I managed to get an edible biscuit and a bowl of gravy so at least I won't be hungry after paying for nothing.

The 1st order was wrong. I went back to the store and the young ladies were very kind about the situation. I contacted corporate and they responded in a timely manner. I ordered again and once again it was completely wrong!! I had two different sized beef patties, the burger had been sitting for so long the ketchup and mustard had soaked into the bread. I didn't get my lettuce and tomato. I took it back and again the young ladies were very nice about the situation. Im not sure why the food quality doesn't match the customer service. I like Hardee's menu, just not in Thomaston

Get Tarsia off the drive thru she is not customer service friendly. Doesn't remember anything had to ask several times what I wanted when I've already said it. And her attitude was just horrible and I can tell you does not like her job.
