We were traveling to Alabama and were looking for a good dinner. WOW! This place did not disappoint! I just happened to flip the menu over and noticed how this placed got its name. Justin has a beautiful story to tell. Once I was done reading his story he appeared at our table with BIG HUGS to give. He grabbed my 8 year old little boys hand and took him to show him all the deer and deer horns! This was such a blessing! The food was EXCELLENT!!! But the sweet story made it even better!! My son went and told Justin….10 outta 10!!! And we agree! Many blessings to this sweet family!

Good food and service. I had a grilled chicken sandwich, hubby had a patty melt and fried okra and son had the hamburger steak patty. We were all pleased. Kristin is a great server.

Steaks, porch chops, hamburgers. Expansive menu. Multiple side options. I had the hamburger steak with mushroom gravy. It was very good.
Accompanied with it were sweet potato fries...ask for the raspberry dip for them. It is a handmade dipping sauce for the sweet potato fries. Very good!!!

We stopped in while in town because we wanted to try a local restaurant. The place is small but it has a pleasant atmosphere. The staff was all super friendly and helpful with deciding what we should order. Our appetizer was chili cheese fries. It was a small yet perfectly sized portion for two! We ordered a reuben and a mushroom Swiss burger, added on onion rings and tater tots, for our meal. All the food was absolutely delicious! We hardly conversed while eating. It was THAT tasty! Service was quick, and our orders were accurate. While there, we were blessed with Justin's presence. He stopped by briefly and was such a sweet, gentle spirit! When you visit, make sure you read the back of the menu. You'll understand why I said we were blessed to meet him. If you find yourself in need of delicious sustenance and a friendly, cozy atmosphere while in Thomaston, this is the place to go! Trust me! What are you waiting for? Get on over there and see for yourself !
