I hate to write a bad review because the staff was friendly and efficient. My problem is that I ordered an 8 piece family meal with the impression Iād receive 2 of each piece (I.e. 2 wings 2 breasts and so forth) I drove the 40 minutes to my house to discover one leg and 7 thighs. I donāt know about anyone elseās house but my family already knows who is getting what piece of chicken before opening the box. I am the only person in my household that will eat the thigh. Iām sure you see my predicament. I have a hungry wife and kids with no chicken they will eat and a 40 minute ride to thomaston to make it right.

I came here somewhere at 6:40 just to order my two chicken pot pies since it was not ready āwithin 27 minutesā, so this white woman who was the manager who had blonde hair, she gave away my two chicken pot pies to another customer after I returned back to make sure Iāll pay for those. But I have to wait again for another of those pot pies.
Sheās a rude āmanagerā and has a slick attitude, she should not be working there since she doesnāt know how to treat certain customers.

I love KFC until today until Raina happened!!! This is my favorite location because I usually have a good service but today totally changed my opinion. When I walked in no one was at the register so I waited and waited finally a young lady said someone would be there to help me. So I watched food being prepared with no gloves on so I yelled to wash hands and put on gloves. After another 5-10 minutes of waiting Raina finally came to the register and when I say she was RUDE thats being nice. She was disrespectful and rude with how she treated not just me but the other people who were waiting. She slung bags to customers, slammed change in hands. Iāve never seen anything like this in this location before. I asked for the young lady(Iām being nice calling her that) name and told the manager she needs a new job and KFC is NOT IT!!! I have to think about whether I want to ever go back there again

NEVER AGAIN. My brother sent me to get food for him and his family the stuff cost a little over $40 and NONE of it was edible. I will never spend money at this store again. I donāt know where they find their employees. One of the employees walking next door to the Taco Bell to get food for herself shouldāve been a blaring red flag.

I ordered a 3 piece meal at the drive-thru for my wife. The chicken looked like it was cooked and sat a long time since there wasnāt much business. My wife tried it and wouldnāt eat it.. to greasy and not fresh. I gave 1 star for the food and 2 stars for service because although they were nice, they shouldnāt serve food that isnāt as fresh as possible. This location should close.

I called in my order so it would be ready when I got there. I get there, I pay for my food, and then they tell me to pull around. They said they would bring my food out shortly. My food was not ready even though I had called it in and they said they'd start cook it before I got there. I waited out front of that building for 20 freaking minutes. It is 94Ā° f outside. It took me walking inside after 20 minutes of sitting in the heat for them to finally give me my food. Then, as soon as I walked inside they gave me my food in less than 2 minutes. My food was ready. They just didn't want to leave the comfort and A/C of the building to come bring it out to me. If you come here, make sure to go inside to get your food. They don't care if you have a heat stroke in their parking lot. Then, the portion sizes are small. What they call a family size is really only big enough for two people. The only good thing about this place is the chicken is good. After the experience I've had there today, I don't think it's worth it. I do not recommend this restaurant!

I'm really disappointed to have to write this review. I recently visited this KFC, and unfortunately, the chicken was a disaster. It was incredibly greasy, burnt in some areas, and shockingly undercooked in others ā all on the same piece! This isn't an isolated incident either. The food has been subpar for the last several times I've gone. Honestly, the only thing that has consistently tasted good is the biscuits. Even the service is a gamble. Sometimes it's good, sometimes it's bad. It's frustrating to feel like you're rolling the dice every time you visit. If I do go back, it will only be for a drink and a biscuit. Until they improve their kitchen consistency, I can't recommend ordering anything else.

Sadly...the worst chicken I have ever had. I tried them when I first moved here and the chicken tasted as if maybe the fryer wasn't cleaned. (Gave them the good ol benefit of the doubt.) Decided to give them another chance and was still highly disappointed. Please explain to me how a chicken restaurant can somehow make chicken taste like fish?! Their mashed potatoes were super bland. The only thing that tasted right was their biscuits!!!!! Get it together!!!
