They will take your order and never bring you food. We waited 15 minutes for a waitress then 45 minutes for food before we gave up and left. Then had the audacity to ask me to pay for coffee. The entire restaurant was full of people with no food. They serve the to go window before the people at tables.
Mouse dropping!

Always an awful experience. This time, I stood around for 35 minutes while I waited on a to go breakfast order on a medium busy Sunday morning. After crossing 35 minutes, I politely told them that I was leaving and then, I left. I was only coming back after prior bad experiences because I was told that "it was better". From a timeliness perspective, it wasn't. From what I saw going out from the kitchen, I'm reasonably sure the food is about the same as the last time I was forced to eat here. However, as I never got any food this visit, I'm not commenting on that aspect of the experience. Yawn, I will not be convinced to try this place, again. Now, I'm off to Ingles to buy stuff to cook my own omelets, sausage, and bacon: it was much cheaper, easier, faster, and less hassle.Do you think people realize that a restaurant is located within a "service industry" sub-segment? Customers aren't really paying the differential of restaurant vs food at home for the actual meal; they're paying that differential (other operating expenses, overhead, and profit--usually, the restauranteur is not technically making any return on the food as it is a pass-through expense) for the convenience and service. So, when an outlet fails at convenience and service, it fails its raison d'etre.
Delicious hometown food and atmosphere.

Great place for breakfast or lunch. Don't forget to bring cash as they are cash only.
Wheelchair accessibility: They have handicap parking and a little ramp by the front door.
