I order a cheeseburger and small fries online and go to pick it up, the burger is wrong so I go back to get it fixed, it’s wrong again.

It's McDonald's. I don't expect great food but the service was great. Went through the drive-thru and the person was very peppy and even suggested sauce for my nuggets.

i went. The service was poor, deplorable, and the orders were not exceptionally good The person at the counter was not able to get the order right, and the order came out poorly. Some of the order was missing and the lady looked significantly overwhelmed, but is was not busy at all

I’ve never had a problem with McDonald’s always ate the food it’s been good but this past week not only me but my roommate as well ate hamburgers from there a got sick ? The chicken seems to be okay because my child is fine he had chicken nuggets an so did roommates spouse but me and roommate pretty much felt like dog crap after eating from there , I had McDonald’s the day before her so it wasn’t just a one day thing

I didn’t like the service, i was waiting for more than half an hour and when I asked, they told me someone else got the order and i was there all the time and they didn’t call my order number and i had to wait for another half an hour, very bad service

Went through the drive thru and got my grandkids both a nugget happy meal. One of the happy meals had a chicken nugget container full of Tatar sauce instead of the nuggets. Can’t make this mess up. Do better McDonald’s seriously how can this even happen?!
