What a surprise to find such great Indian, Mediterranean and other selections along with good ole’ pool room eats in such a nice, friendly, comfortable spot in downtown Thomaston. I had butter chicken and it was the best. Large portions and couldn’t-be-nicer service. I’ll be back, soon I hope
Local gem alert in Thomaston! Back again at The Pool Room Cafe last night and they did not disappoint. This is our third visit and they are consistently excellent.
I had the chicken 65 wings. If you’ve never heard of it, I hadn’t either. Think crispy fried chicken tossed in a bold, spicy, garlicky sauce with peppers and onions. Absolutely addictive. I also had a lamb gyro with fries. The lamb was tender, well seasoned, and fresh, not greasy at all.

The food is absolutely amazing! The owners were a very sweet couple, that were super friendly and knowledgeable. They had quite a few orders for pick up and delivery which made our order, take a little while to come out, which was not a problem at all. They were very apologetic, but also super accommodating.
