Had one chicken leg cooking another time we came and there was no chicken apparently they had not gotten the shipment in but what chicken restaurant dose not have chicken the thing there known for? do not go if you want to leave disappointed ?

Service was terrible the young man taking our order was cursing saying the f word. The food sucked spent 60 dollars and the chicken was so small that it was only the dreading that was there all in all I will never eat there again no wonder u never see cars there they need to close it down

I’m from out of town but visit my grandparents often and we love Popeyes at other locations but tried this one for first time, Dining room was closed so went to the drive-through and waited there for a long time before someone answered very rudely. I asked for two piece chicken with Red beans and rice I was informed that they didn’t have any rice. Then I changed it Mac & cheese she said there was no mac & cheese. I said OK how about some potatoes? She said no potatoes so I suggest the two piece chicken with no sides and a sweet tea. She said that they were out of sweet tea. No apology just very rude so I left. I figured it was just a bad day even though there’s no other customers so I went there the next week and it was the same thing. There’s a reason why there’s never anybody there, businesses thrive off of good customer service and this is definitely not it.

This place is hit or miss. My order is almost always wrong. One time we were told to pull around to wait for them to bring out our food and we were waiting for over 20 mins. They literally forgot about us. We had to go in with the receipt to get our food. They did accommodate us with extra chicken and mashed potatoes which was nice. Another time I ordered chicken fingers and there was more crust than chicken. This last time I went the crust was soggy even though it was just cooked. The food is good when they get it right.
