Best pizza around!! The NY Style pizza and calzones are my favorite. The staff does an amazing job, clean atmosphere and quick service. I will definitely be back!
The new owner is very nice; great atmosphere if you're dining in; Making a call-in order-not so much. I felt as if it was a problem that I was calling in an order to-go by the way I was being spoken to. Anyhow, if I want Slices, I'll just come in and eat from now on. :)...
Tracy Wallace is back owning/managing Slices. This was a completely different/better dining experience than before. Everyone go meet him!! I know it will just get better and better!!! Slices needed this!! Welcome back Tracy!!
Not happy with Slices in Thomaston today. 6 people working behind counter 6. We came in waiting to be seated..waited 5 minutes not one person looked up. I called them on the phone uand your blonde girl answered, I said can we be seated
She came over with obvious attitude said "we were busy " then she seated us, and I said very politely thank you. She turned and walked off. Are you kidding me
This world of entitlement is disgusting never mind your pay all of it comes from your customers.
It will be a long time before I go back , customers service is dead and gone

Went on a night with live music which was nice. Bri took care of us and she did a good job on a busy night. Fried banana peppers were different and very good. Lots of draft beer options and cocktails that sounded good.

Food was great service SUCKED! Our waiter never visited our table, we had to flag her down. Never checked on us the entirety of our meal. When we did get her attention it was like we were an inconvenience to her. (We got her 2 times, once to refill our drinks and the other to get our check and Togo box). When she dropped off the check, she never even stopped walking, she just dropped it on the table and hurried to the counter to continue her “oh so important” conversation with the other waiters.
We definitely won’t be going in to eat anymore. Carryout only.
*the place was not busy at all. Only 4 tables had guest, and there was plenty of people working*

Place has great potential. However service was extremely lacking. Not busy but took 30 minutes to get 6 waters. Server never came by to check on is. Had to go up and refill our own drinks. Food was OK pizza was good but not worth the service given. Not worth the trip.

Never enough toppings. They are stingy as hell. At those prices, I better be getting a normal.amount of pepperoni, not a half order. Pizza is ok but Marcos is better, don't waste your hard earned money here. Overpriced and just ok

This is the first review I have ever done but this is disturbing to me. My wife and I have been comming here since they opened. They are on a downhill slide. I don't see how they will stay open much longer. There were 8 employees working and the whole time we were there were 7 on cell phones the entire time. They even tried to hide by kneeling behind the bar. The only persons working were dishwashers. (Not on phones). I blame this on poor management. If they don't get there act together soon they will be gone. You can't keep paying for employees that do nothing for hours on end..

Currently on a roadtrip, and we stopped in Thomaston for an evening. We thought a slice of pizza would be a great way to end a long day of driving.
It was an average atmosphere. Country music, and regular seating, nothing to brag or complain about. It was a bit dark inside, so we opted to eat outside. The first waitress was polite and friendly. The second however, who we were told was bringing us our menus, was not. She walked up, tossed our menus on the table and left. When I went inside to hand back our menus, she glared, as her and another worker were chatting at the bar. No word, just toss & gone. For a place charging $8/slice, I figured we'd have some normal server decency all around. We went next door to the Mexican place, and had a great experience. Cheaper prices, and nice service.. you think it wouldn't work that way.
