I’m having problems leaving a review on the link mentioned on the receipt so I’m going to do a google review and I’ll later call the manager. I came in earlier today and the customer service that Kailen gave me was excellent. She was nice to interact with and quick to help when she learned I accidentally ordered the wrong drink. (I ordered a limeade when I meant to order a lime slushy.). I will definitely be coming back to eat here again and I hope the employee I worked with gets a raise. She definitely deserves it for how great she is at her job.

Was completely ignored for 10 minutes at the speaker box to place order. Line behind me was wrapped around building. Pulled around to order at the dine in speaker slot and was told to go to drive thru. Then at drive thru was told they were closed. Employee sounded to be Ill.

Why are they closing down the ice cream machines down at 9:30 on a Saturday night? Now i have to call and get a refund cause they dont want to do their jobs. Also, if you don’t actually close at 11, let people know that. If you are “about to close” at 9:30 on Saturday, then your times should show that. This sonic is the worst one ive been to, very lazy workers… smh. Go ahead and try to defend yourselves, ive had problems here before. Thought i would give them the benefit of the doubt this time, but guess i shouldnt have. Whoever owns this place is DEFINITELY losing money with the current staff that works here!

I ordered a number 3 I got old burnt meat missing some toppings missing a sauce no salt on the tater tots order number 10 then get hardly any sauce like Mayo on it barely any lettuce on it missing toppings that I added onto it look like everything had been smashed we got asked to go into the drive-thru because they didn't have anyone on staff to come out and deliver food to the truck when there was only three people working and and there was no other vehicles there besides mine

The girl at the window is always so cheerful and happy! She treats her job like she absolutely loves it every time I go through the drive thru. Every Sonic Blast that she has made for me has been delicious and I absolutely love it when she makes my drinks!! Will visit again! FYI: I think her name is Kensley!

I got a toaster sandwich which tasted scorched and bland even though it had bacon on it. The frenchtoast sticks were not good either. But the employee was great!!
Had to wait forever because they cleared out order before it was made. Was asked if we wanted anything extra but we declined. Then just to get the food and the meat was burned and the lettuce was old.
