Customer Service sucks. I went there last night while waiting in the drive thru I could see the cook transferring food from bowls to plates with no gloves on. I spoke with the manager she refused to give me her name , and hung up the phone on me. Had the cashier come to the back to put up cardboard boxes thinking I could no longer see . She brought the cook some gloves to the back to put on.

The place is downhome but could use a few upgrades. Service was friendly and efficient but food took forever and was a little over cooked. Great prices on their menu and good food choices. Overall i am satisfied.
Ordered at the drive through window. Waited 30+minutes for my food. When I asked for a refund the owner states she don’t give refunds. She was sitting at the bar and got up to check on my food. Placed my food in the to go trays and bagged it. she was very rude. And stated “I should have went to Burger King” She made it very clear that she was the owner and she refused to give me my money back. I do not suggest anyone to eat here. Very unsanitary, especially dealing with someone’s food.
Dietary restrictions: Owner handled my food without washing her hands or wearing gloves. She was sitting at the bar when I came in. She went to the back out my food in the containers and placed it in the bag. When I asked for a refund she stated she don’t give refunds. Don’t eat here!!!

The only thing that I have to complain about is that they, due to the high cost of trying to operate a business expenses. They put the fried mushrooms, and cheese stix in the same container as the wings.... which were swimming in the sauce as the wings were....***. Keep the items separate!!!! It ruined the appetizers, as the sauce was all over the veggies, the carrot sticks and celery sticks were swimming in the sauce! I got a little heated when trying to explain the problem what I had ordered mild wings and they were hot and the sauce was all over my appetizers! Not a fan of that.... Not a fan of their reaction either I tried to explain that I ordered mild and medium--BUT they were not what I ordered... They were ... Hot!! Hey, the customer is always right.... and for my $$$ for food... I don't want my appetizers swimming in hot wing sauce! PERIOD!!

Came through the drive through today and wings were horrible. They obviously had been pre fried but they were so hard you couldn’t bite them. This is ridiculous. The celery was used from last week it looked so old. Food was warm not hot. Should have cooked at home would have been better. Or even go to big chic. This place needs competition there is no way a place like this should stay in business giving people this type of food!!!! Will never come back
