I'm not sure if someone no showed or they were just busier than expected but Lindsay was by herself this morning with a line continuously out the door. She never dropped her smile and handled it amazingly. Please recognize her for the great job she did in a high stress environment!

Miss Judy is the kindest person! She made my drink just like I like it and with a smile! That’s the cleanest Starbucks I’ve ever seen on her shift there! Give this lady a raise! Mrs. Judy was very rude and her customer service was very poor with a nasty attitude. There were 3 employees behind the counter and I waited a while before anyone approached me to take my order. This isn’t the first time I have had a negative experience with Mrs. Judy. She is always rude and grumpy.

I love the staff here, they’re all so friendly and helpful, especially the morning staff! I go here every morning I work for a latte and my only complaint is the espresso machine sucks! It breaks pretty frequently, which of course is no fault of the staff, the company should do better and replace it instead of fixing one that obviously doesn’t work! It has not been working at least 4-5 times within the last week! Honestly with how busy this location can get, they ought to build an actual store🤷

Have to give a shoutout to Ansley! Didn’t have all the ingredients for the drink I was originally after, but made accommodations to replicate it as close as possible. She was so incredibly sweet and willing to do what she could to make sure I left satisfied.

Tried to get a frozen passion fruit drink at 8:30 they told me it takes to long to clean the blender wow 30 mins before close missing sales because you don’t want to clean is observed

New workers I suppose but waited until they fixed it and said no whip cream and overloaded my frappe with caramel. Waste of money cause they make you pay first and if they mess up your order and there's nothing that can be done. What's Starbucks with no whipped topping ??♀️ Bad customer service too No Hello or nothing....DO BETTER!!!
