This place is no good, the employees don’t even ask a customer what do they need. And even the manager who runs Taco Bell has a smart mouth. It’s like, why don’t nobody come to the counter and assist a customer.

After waiting 27 minutes for my food, I went and asked for my food or a refund . I was told that they werent making my food and would give me a refund. Manager was very rude when I asked for a receipt and said they don’t print receipts.

They wouldn't take a $5 bill that was torn. She wasn't rude about it but she asked the manager and they told her to refuse it. Glad they didn't because their reviews are below 3.2 stars! Nobody in the drive thru and nobody eating inside at 745pm! Thank you for refusing my torn bill and saving me from a food born illness.

maiden hell

I ordered on the kiosk. I was the only person in the entire store and there was nobody at the front and whenever I waited 15 minutes I walked to the front and asked the girl about my food. She asked me if I paid and I said, of course I did at the kiosk and then she acts like she was inconvenience walk back to the back made my food then came and basically Tossed it on the counter at me and then when I asked her about the hot sauce, she just pointed at the counter. It was very rude. I will never spend another dollar at the store again and I’ll make sure I tell everybody I know not to go there.

I get it small town in Georgia where you can constantly hear banjos in the background. But never would I suspect a company to not accept a form of US Currency and not have a valid reason on why.

11Aug24 0039: placed order and proceeded to drive thru went to pay my 12$ ticket with a 10$ and 2$ ( brand new just got them back in change from a gas station in barnesville) so she looks at the bill as if it was something out of this world. Possibly too young to know that yes two dollar bills are in fact real and are legal tender. She then told me she couldn’t accept it and handed back to which I handed her a five and the transaction continues, but I was curious so when handed my food I asked if there was a policy on why they couldn’t accept that piece of legit US currency and all she said was have a nice day and dissmissed me promptly. I get it some young kids who wouldn’t know better but you gave me the 2$ back but took the most forged 10$ bill variant. All in alll odd experince especially when you think of how much sense does it make to take one but lot even check the other. If it’s policy it’s policy but for the employee to say they don’t but have no supporting documents to show such makes it all iffy

After standing at the register for 2 minutes, I was told that I needed to use the kiosk to place my order. At the end of placing the order on the kiosk, someone else walked in and their order was taken at the counter immediately (WTH?). When they called my name for the order being ready, no one was at the counter to make sure that it was correct, No drink cups, ordered large. I had to lean over the counter and loudly pronounce that I needed cups. They gave me medium. I refused because I ordered large. They tried giving me 4 medium cups. I refused and asked for the difference in change if I was going to have to accept two medium cups. This set off a crazy chain of events that led to the manager who tried to accomplish the same results to which I refused and asked for my change in difference. Manager said that they were out of large. Finally after they realized that I wanted my change, the manager told an employee to go get her car keys, when he returned she proceeded outside to her car and brought in Large cups and lids. All of this cup situation could have been avoided in so many ways. The food was also lacking in quantity . When ordering on a kiosk and you put in X amount of sauce, shouldn’t you get some, I had none.

Pulled up to drive thru and waited 15 minutes on hold didn’t seem like she cared when we got to the window she handed us our drinks and pulled away from my grandmothers hand like she was disgusted anyways we got our food and then we asked for Diablo sauce when my grandmother tried to get it she dropped one outside the window and the employee slammed the window and had this Smart Alec look on her face and threw up her hand in a another smart Alec way if you know what i mean DONT COME HERE bad service and probably bad food don’t know yet I’m literally writing this review in my car after I just got out the drive thru bad employees too

Over cooked food,wrong amount of food received,had to wait in line 30 minutes b4 the line starts moving or I can even order taco bell going down hill
