This taco bell always takes the absolute longest.Sometimes it can take up to thirty minutes after I order to get my food. The staff is friendly.They just don't understand time management whatsoever

I went to Taco Bell in Thomaston, against my better judgment. I ordered a nachos bell grande and Avery small amount of ground beef 1/2 tsp. My husband got a Chicken Cantina looked like a 3yr old child's portion. Barely any chicken. I blame management because every time I go to Thomaston store it is the same. The Griffin Store gives twice the amount of food and even the bowls are bigger. We will never never never go to the Thomaston Store again.

I ordered the 2 chicken chulupus, 1 taco, and drink combo, and it is supposed to have been with extra chicken. This is what I received. I knew Taco Bell was cheap, but this is insane will never attend this Taco Bell again.

Last time I recall if I order a build my own cravings box isn’t the point of it to put it in the said box ? And I must be trippin cuz I thought when we order food it’s supposed to come out hot ?! Not cold like it been sitting all day .
This place is no good, the employees don’t even ask a customer what do they need. And even the manager who runs Taco Bell has a smart mouth. It’s like, why don’t nobody come to the counter and assist a customer.

After waiting 27 minutes for my food, I went and asked for my food or a refund . I was told that they werent making my food and would give me a refund. Manager was very rude when I asked for a receipt and said they don’t print receipts.

They wouldn't take a $5 bill that was torn. She wasn't rude about it but she asked the manager and they told her to refuse it. Glad they didn't because their reviews are below 3.2 stars! Nobody in the drive thru and nobody eating inside at 745pm! Thank you for refusing my torn bill and saving me from a food born illness.
