Ordered a large fry and got not even a half a box of fries. Employees had a serious attitude problem. Got a sweet tea and it was very sour ask for a sprite and it made them mad. We got here at 9:45 pm they close at 1. Will not recommend anyone go to the this location

I used to come through the drive through pretty often until the service slowly declined more and more. The people at the window laughed at me for asking for extra sauce? Multiple occasions the drive through has been closed. Not to mention the people they have hired have horrible track records and I would not want my food to be served for these people they chose to hire.

Everytime I go here it’s something wrong with my order. Today was the last straw, they pulled me up to the mobile order parking space, because they said they had to cook more chicken, I waited about 7 mins for them to bring my food. When I got my food my fries were cold, and my sandwich looked like it had blood on top of it!! Do better Wendy’s!!!

I use the drive-thru to order a couple of burgers. The food was good, average for Wendy's. I asked for 1 ketchup when ordering. Got to the window & asked to be sure for ketchup. She Yes sir, no problem. Then comes back & asked me to move up while the burgers aren't ready yet. A lady brought my food out & was gone before I looked in the bag, no ketchup. This seems petty to me but service is service. I never said anything & drove off. They were not busy at all.

This place is awesome around lunch time. After 5 forget it, a 25 minute wait for food AFTER paying and being told to pull to a parking spot is ridiculous.
Excellent customer service. Part of our order had to be cooked to order, but they were very good about explaining the delay, checking on us to let us know we had not been forgotten, and upgrading our order to compensate for our wait. Very conscientious.

They are a bit slow. Fries are often not hot. Also, it's a bit frustrating when you order a chili or a frosty and no spoon is given. Staff has been nice.
