I use the drive-thru to order a couple of burgers. The food was good, average for Wendy's. I asked for 1 ketchup when ordering. Got to the window & asked to be sure for ketchup. She Yes sir, no problem. Then comes back & asked me to move up while the burgers aren't ready yet. A lady brought my food out & was gone before I looked in the bag, no ketchup. This seems petty to me but service is service. I never said anything & drove off. They were not...

Excellent customer service. Part of our order had to be cooked to order, but they were very good about explaining the delay, checking on us to let us know we had not been forgotten, and upgrading our order to compensate for our wait. Very conscientious.
