We got a new Whataburger locally, and this was my first time having anything from this chain, so I was looking forward to seeing what all the hype was about.
Unfortunately it was less than stellar...
First, they completely forgot our fries so wife had to go back for them. Then they were incredibly salty, and that's saying a lot because I love a good salty fry, but these were way overkill.
Then, I open up my burger, which was ordered to be cheese, ketchup, and mayo ONLY on it, and verified as such 3 times by the order taker, was loaded with everything that WASN'T supposed to be on it (lettuce, onion chunks, tomatoes, etc).
Luckily I managed to salvage the burger patty by using my own cheese, buns, and condiments, completely defeating the purpose of paying for it from the restaurant, but I was hungry, so I made due.
After all was said and done, I take a sip from my drink, which is supposed to be Sprite or equivalent, and it tastes like club soda and chlorine. I literally gagged.
Needless to say, I won't go back with this being my first experience.
There was, in fact, zero hype to be found. 👎👎

The fries were served lukewarm and the bacon burger was the worst I’ve ever tasted. I took one bite of the burger and a couple of fries before returning the whole order for a full refund. The lemonade tasted like it came from a package that was mixed with water and artificial sweetener. On top of that, I waited in the drive through line for 10-15 minutes before my order was delivered. They take your money first though to make sure you don’t drive off. I’m never going back to any location. The prices are too high for the product and service (or lack thereof). Fast food is a joke!

Absolutely delicious from San Antonio Texas. Burgers are ALWAYS hot, fresh and tasty. Worth the wait.

First time having Whataburger down here and it was surprisingly delicious. We had their breakfast and tried the honey butter chicken biscuits and it was a 10 outta 10. We also had the breakfast burritos they were also delicious.

This place is an absolute joke. It’s always a ghost town and when you do give it a try they have you pull up and still seem to mess your order up.
How hard is it to get an order right when there is no one else in line?
The up charge is crazy as well! Want to add bacon? They ask how many? What?, OK… how much is one piece? “$1”… Um.. No thanks.
I can’t wait until it’s an empty parking lot and building. Hopefully something else worthwhile, will fill its void.

Ordered extra grilled onion on my burger. Got extra raw onions. Coke with no ice had ice. Forgot our two creamy pepper sauces. The food was hot and fresh, so no complaints with the cooks, but whoever was on the headset December 7th at 7pm needs to be retrained

I tend to come to this Whataburger often through the drive-through but today I decided to dine in with my 18 month old and the kid at the register was amazing. He was extremely friendly. He had great customer service and he had the place looking immaculate and then another girl was checking out another patron, and she was also very kind and sweet, and I overheard the patron saying that the girl made her day. Great location with a great set of workers. It’s good to see young people caring about their job again.

The food is great. Most, not all, but most customer associates are lazy. Reportedly, this establisment purposefully deactivates Doordash so they do not have to make the additional orders. I called and they stated it was working but every time I attempt to access the feature it messages error or temporarily not taking orders. Everyday this has been the case. Be better and hire better people.
We stopped in here on our way to Americus, Ga . We were the only ones in the dining area when we stopped around 2 pm. I wanted unsweetened tea with my # 1 meal( hamburger, fries,and drink). We were treated very nicely by the young girls who helped us. Will stop again as my husband remembered them from his years in Florida. It was good and filling with thr fries and hamburger very good.
