My wings were under cooked and the sauce tasted like tomato sauce 🥴 I'm not eating there anymore.... 😔 My fries & drink was fine.... They need another minute on the wings....

I frequently use this location a lot for mobile pickups and my order is always short something. I always pay for extra sauce and told it’s in the bag and it’s not. Definitely need to do better cause I’m tired of giving free money for stuff and not getting it. Check your order and don’t believe the employees telling you it’s in the bag.

Waited in drive thru line, watching /listening as employees leaned out and Playing with person in car, swapping phone numbers. Unacceptable behavior. Very unprofessional.

5-4-25 they wouldn't serve me today because I only had cash money, gave no reason.
What happened to first come first serve?they let my food sit while they gave 6 people behind me before i got my food i live 5min away food is cold
Second time in two days i have bought food and my request was not met. No extra seasoning on fries. Service was slow. I repeated request 3 times, each time i bought food. And i recieved fries with NO seasoning whats so ever. Not even salt. Burnt toast as well.

The wings were some of the hardest, partially inedible wings I think I’ve ever had. Fries were good.
My husband and I ate here tonight. It was only disappointment I’ve ever experienced at any Zaxby’s. My husband’s sandwich was made incorrectly TWICE and the toast on his sandwich and with my meal was dry and hard.
