Zaxbys Chicken Fingers & Buffalo Wings

5-4-25 they wouldn't serve me today because I only had cash money, gave no reason.

What happened to first come first serve?they let my food sit while they gave 6 people behind me before i got my food i live 5min away food is cold

Second time in two days i have bought food and my request was not met. No extra seasoning on fries. Service was slow. I repeated request 3 times, each time i bought food. And i recieved fries with NO seasoning whats so ever. Not even salt. Burnt toast as well.

The wings were some of the hardest, partially inedible wings I think I’ve ever had. Fries were good.

My husband and I ate here tonight. It was only disappointment I’ve ever experienced at any Zaxby’s. My husband’s sandwich was made incorrectly TWICE and the toast on his sandwich and with my meal was dry and hard.

Slow service.
Employees on their own time.
Burnt food. Each time is a worse experience.

Good lord. Who trained these people? 45 mins in the drive thru and then they ask me to pull up because CHICKEN isn’t ready at a CHICKEN restaurant.

Chicken was hot. The cheese curds were cold and stale, wont order those again. They put the chocolate bar in the feastable and it ruined the chocolate. Bread was not toasted, it was just a slice of bread, not sure how that happens

Ordered pick up in store once arrived the doors were locked had to sit in line for 45 mins before receiving my cold meal this now makes the second time this has happened will not be returning ridiculous

The food that I got tasted like it had been cooked in old oil that had burnt chicken in it. My chicken was dark brown like it had been cooked for far too long, the fries cold and nasty tasting, the fried pickles were hot but bitter due to the burnt old oil taste. The lady that gave me my food was very friendly tho!
