I've been here a few times before and my other meals were fine (they were never a salad) but tonight I must say this is just about the sorriest salad I've had in my life . I get I ordered about 20-30 minutes til closing but that doesn't excuse poor salad prep...salads should be prepped the night before at the least. My salad was literally just tossed together..I received a whole boiled egg that was supposed to be sliced, barely chopped chicken and no bacon for a cobbbbb salad like BFFR ..I will never eat here nor recommend anyone to eat here ever again.

I tried the fried chicken philly and is was very good. Service is usually great except for last visit. The cashier wasn't rude she just had no customer service. Not personable whatsoever.

Consistently good food each time I've visited latelyUpdateRecently tried the Philly chicken sandwich. We got a fried one and a grilled one. I have to say the grilled one was better only because the fried tasted like the oil needed changing. The fries weren’t hot which was a bummer

Location is suffering. Floor is always sticky like they mop it with Kool aid. Overall the restaurant smells like a old mop.My online order was never put on the pick up rack it just sat behind the counter getting cold.

Ok,but slipping chicken don't need to be like jerky,and servers need to keep extra grease in kitchen when bag is soaked it gets in cust car!! They leave alot to be desired!! Managers wake up and leed more then manage!!

I usually like Zaxby's, but this one the food was not fresh I got the fried pickles and they was cold in the whole bag and the container was greasy and I was thoroughly disappointing . The other Zaxby's I have gone to when you order the fried pickles. You have to wait this when you did not so somebody that's a team member needs to retrain their employees for the food to be fresh not sitting under a a heat lamp for a long period of time.
