AVOID IF BUSY! Long lines today and the staff couldn't take everyone's orders. I, and the two cars in front of me, reached the front of the line with no order and no one to take them. The person taking orders at the cars was six cars back. This is a great place overall, just pass if there's more than a few cars in line.

when yall first opened around here the service and coffee was the best in town, now almost three years in and yall done turned to trash. the so called cashiers are younger and younger every time i go by, they always have an attitude and EXPECT a tip; they do nothing that would warrant a tip, half the time they are holding up the line chatting with their friends that come by and wanna bite back either an attitude if they get told how they’ve inconvenienced me.
0/10, do not recommend and will not return

They've really gone down hill since they've first opened. There's no organization when it comes to them taking orders. Consistently skip cars and then hold up the entire line by doing so. It needs to get better or people will have to start avoiding coming here before work. I was the first. Car in line in the second lane today. Watched them take 6 other orders in the line before finally coming to take mine and everyone in line behind me was stuck until they finally took my order. I was about to just say screw it

It was my first time to this location! Everyone is so sweet! One of the girls recommended me the Cupid special Mocha and I can easily say, it’s the best coffee I’ve ever had!

Lines are way too long. Certain staff need better training, and consistency is lacking. Maybe time to start looking elsewhere.

Robot Work

Every employee is very young and inexperienced. I find it very hard to place an order with them and am always treated rudely. Staff stands around and talks while only a couple actually work, and it is left a mess up there sometimes. I will not be coming back until they get their stuff together.

Sidenote: The manager I spoke to as well was very rude and not helpful at all. She had suggested I "take my business" elsewhere. Will do!

I am officially done being a customer of seven brew. I’ve tried multiple times to give them chance after chance after chance, but the attendants and sometimes the managers get really nasty attitudes when you ask for something specific, and they tell you what the additional prices are or if they can or can’t do that, and I’m willing to listen, but you don’t have to give me a crappy attitude. It’s the same problem every single time I go to get drinks for other people or myself, and I honestly feel worse about it when it comes from the managers because there’s no reason for you to give me a nasty attitude. Also, if the attendants were a little more knowledgeable on the products and what they offer, and also good customer service, they would be able to relay information to the customer without the manager even having to get involved, and the customer would walk away satisfied. I promoted them over the years since they’ve been open, and I’ve really tried to give them grace, but it’s just too much. For a company that’s built, or has Christian foundations, they don’t behave very Christian. It speaks poorly on them as a company, and on behalf of all Christians please stop behaving this way. It makes us all look bad.
